If I can not put any stars I would. Currently talking to a lawyer to start lawsuit for negligence, misdiagnosis and malpractice! Had scheduled 2 appointments and 1 procedures with dr. Christophi and I still don’t know how he looks like. Both times sent his assistant because he was ‘ too busy’ by her words. I suppose to meet him before and after my procedure, but been patient 25 out of 28 for the day he was on hurry to leave and not only didn’t performed my procedure correctly but he left without talking to me and I was notified by the nurses after 1,5 hour of waiting for him that he left so I will be discharged! My wife had to confront him about his report statement and he had to order CAT SCAN just to show both to us and him that he didn’t do his job (maybe if he doesn’t schedule 30 procedures a day he will have time to actually give more accurate examination) I WONT RECOMMEND HIM! Just wondering how many of his patients were wrongly diagnosed!

Since moving to the Melbourne area, I have gone exclusively to Dr. Christophi to treat my IBD. He is a very empathetic and knowledgeable gastroenterologist and takes the time to listen to you and is not in a rush to get to the next patient. I highly recommend Dr. Christophi for all of you who want a warm, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable physician.
It’s been a LONG time since I’ve felt positive leaving a doctors office. Dr. Christophi has been such a different experience. I feel like I have a doctor that is in my corner. I may have a couple of concerning issues going on but I can honestly say wouldn’t go to any other Gastroenterologist for answers. I wish I could give him far more than 5 stars ️
