Excellent service. Very convenient drop off locations. I dropped off my gator Sunday morning and got my meat 4 days later vacuum sealed in 1lb packages. The staff that was working when I had picked up the meat were very polite and helpful. Prices and service were substantially better than Central Florida Trophy Hunts (i took my first gator to them). Also there was no up charge from george for sending my hide to Sebring for tanning unlike CTFH. I will definitely be dropping off gators to George again!
George is absolutely amazing! I harvested my alligator at grape hammock, and George came down and picked up the gator, processed it. His services are 2nd to none! He's just a great man that take pride in his work and has the utmost respect for our nation's servicemen and women and our veterans.

Just got home to Colorado from an alligator hunt and we used George for all our processing. He was very easy to deal with and had all of our meat back to us before we came home.

I have used George Walrath Alligator Services several times. I have had alligators processed and have sold alligators to him. All of the gators that I have had processed the meat allways came back great, cut just the way I want it with all the fat removed. The processed alligators were done when promised. The alligators that I have sold I have gotten top dollar for here in Central Florida. I would recommend everyone take there alligators to George Walrath Alligator Services.
I have used George 2 times now in the past 4 years. -although i have hunted for 30 years and had many opportunities to work with other processors. George has been outstanding for his service, care for my processing of my hides as well as making sure my meat was excellent and should I be drawn again, I will use him. He is a trusted partner in my hunt. I highly recommend him- dont hate the outfit, it is my lucky outfit, as ridiculous as it is got me 12 ft and 10 ft this time
