DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They charged over $260 to repair a leaky dishwasher and afterwards the dishwasher leaked worse. They did not stay to determine if the part fixed the problem. Not sure all of their technicians know what they are doing because they had to call the office many times for advice. The man who came out to our house was very nice, but did not know much English.

In April Jason came out to repair 2 wine coolers he supposedly repaired the uniline on site but said he has to take the sub zero to the shop to repair The uniline that he repaired broke down again with the identical problem within 24 hours I waited until July to get the status on the sub zero I was told that it was repaired and that he would bring it back in two weeks on Friday August 18 he never showed I made another appointment for Friday September 1 but he never showed up I made another appointment for Tuesday September 12 he never showed even though he kept in contact with me through out the day stating that he would be here at 11am then 230 then 330 pm but he never showed up The office would not even answer my calls I had to change phones to trick Jason’s wife into answering the phone I advised her that I wanted to pick the unit up at their shop she said that she would check with Jason and call me back she never called me back Finally on October 9 I called and Tiffany said that Jason told her that I could pick it up I sent my employees to pick it back that afternoon and they talked to Jason who told them that it was was “fixed and ready to go “ and that there was no charge even though I offered to pay them for their time Well when I got it home I found that it wasn’t repaired at all DO Not do business with these people you will be Sorry

I didn't get have work by them but the gentleman that I spoke with on the cell was very helpful and returned my call promptly which as we all know is rare.

Beware. I tried to schedule service based on their offer of a window time of either 8am to 12pm or 12pm and later. I chose 8am to 12pm because I am generally busy in the afternoons. I received a call from the tech informing me that he would be here around 1pm. Unfortunately I needed to leave by 3pm that day so I rescheduled. I chose their 8am to 12pm option again. At 11: 30 there is no tech yet and I needed to be gone by 2: 30 that day. So I attempted to reschedule but I was refused any further requests to use them for service because I wasn't available when they attempted to get here after the window I chose and that they offered.

Hey George here's some advice. You're recording states that you're short staff. You shouldn't offer time frame windows if you can't honor them. If only you had informed me that you can't promise a time frame then I would have picked a day where I can be available all day. Good day to you sir.

Contacted them in February 2022 to repair my Viking refrigerator that was having trouble holding temperature in the freezer. It’s now May 2023 and the issue has still not been resolved.

It’s impossible to get updates or communication from anyone at this company. Their M-F business hours are listed as 8: 30am - 4: 00pm but they purposefully don’t answer the phone until 10: 30 in the morning. They also shut their phones off after 3: 00. They’ll schedule service appointments AND provide a two-hour arrival window, and then just never show up.

They claimed that ordered parts were “backordered”, with no estimated time of arrival. I finally called and demanded to speak with Jason or another manager… and *MAGICALLY* the part that had been on backorder for well over 14 months was now due to arrive in just a few days.

Shockingly, the part did not resolve the issue, and I’m exactly where I was when I originally called George’s for service in February of last year.

In my entire year and a half relationship as a consumer with George’s, this morning was the first time I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who introduced himself as a service manager. Over a year and a half of back and forth, hassle, broken promises, missed calls and missed appointments, today was the first day a manager became involved - this is embarrassingly unacceptable. To make matters worse, Tom’s response was not apologetic or understanding, but rather a call to inform me that “we don’t want this repair any longer”, and requested to “get off the line”.

It’s painfully obvious they are not equipped to service high end appliance brands, and will tell you as such. If you’re in the market for a company that will negatively affect your mental health, then look no further than George’s Appliance Center, Inc.

My first time using George's and I couldn't be happier. The diagnostic service call was on time and was quick and efficient. The actual repair was handled expertly and my Washing Machine is back up and running. Thanks for great service! I know where to go next time I need appliance repair and service!

Tiffany is so very nice, competent and accommodating. The service is great, also. Called about my range yesterday and she scheduled for today. I used them years ago and they are still great with great employees! Thank you!

I’ve used George’s Appliances many years for service and repairs. They have been consistently professional and product knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any small to major appliance repair.

Horrible Customer service. Tiffany was yelling and told me “if I want my dishwasher repaired I needed to be home when they say. Not when it was convenient for me. ”
I asked to speak to her boss/ owner and she laughed and said “Goodluck” and hung up on me.
I have been waiting 4 months for a phone call to get my dishwasher & stovetop fixed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Tiffany was extremely rude, and very unprofessional. She literally cussed & was yelling. Incompetent!
Assuming it’s family run bc Tiffany laughed when I asked to speak to her Boss! So Unprofessional! DO NOT RECOMMEND
