Gerald is awesome! A few weeks ago I turned on my vehicle to cool off while my husband got eady for work. When it was time for him to leave we found out that I had accidently locked him out. I called a few companies listed online and they all went to call centers. 20 minutes go by and I received no call back from any locksmith company. Then, thank God, I found Gerald's number. Gerald was the first person to answer his phone that actually belonged to the company I was trying to call. I called him about 15 minutes before the internet said his company opened. He quoted me a price I thought was fair, especially being that he said he'd be at my house within 10 minutes! I kid you not, Gerald was at our house with our vehicle unlocked within 10 minutes! I hope I don't do something like that again but if I ever do, I'll be calling Gerald! Thanks Gerald for pulling thru for us when we were stressed.
