Gerber Collision & Glass, Orlando FL

I was directed to Gerber by my insurance company for an estimate of accident damage repair costs. I was greeted promptly, the estimator took photos of the damage, asked if I noticed any other issues. She explained that the estimate would be sent to my insurance company, and to contact her as soon as the estimate was approved so that she could order the parts. I was on my way in 15 minutes!

This was probably the best experience and service that I have had in a very long time. Everyone was very helpful and the work was more than I could have hoped for. I can't say enough about the business. I would recommend this business to everyone!

They repaired our car, it was practically totalled by another driver frankly, our 2020 Jeep seemed hopeless. Within 3 months and 4 days, we received their call that the jeep was done.

My daughter and couldn't believe our eyes. It was as new again, although, it won't be the same as like new when daughter first got it without damages. So far it's driveable again.

After paying the deductable, and testing it on the lot, Gerber said we have a lifetime warranty to bring it back in if for any reason related to the repairs. That's quality service.

I’m sharing this to those that probably are experiencing the same situation as me, this shop is very impuntual and everyone should know this, Geico dropped my car at their location on November 24, they’ve been changing my pick ups days randomly for some “delays and mistakes”, the last update for pickup is today December 24, which is one whole month and I decided to call them to get some status about the car because I was told that December 24 my car was supposed to be finished and ready for pick up, when I called them they were closed, they never called me to let me know or text me as well, which is not funny from them to scheduled pick up date to customers when they didn’t even work that day, I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed about this shop!

Very mediocre, minor damage and car was not fully ready. Having to bring the car back to fix details is super annoying, especially when they had the car over a month. Not sure how the collision industry works but its definitely a 3 out of 5

Was recommended this office by State Farm Claims, took my daughters Jeep there after a minor fender bender. Work is outstanding office staff are very professional and helpful. After an issue with parts suppliers and parts due to the pandemic caused a 2 day delay in picking up, they made it right took care of us and made sure we could get around. Body Gaps are perfect and paint looks perfect. So nice to find a professional body shop like this when you need it.

Great customer service. Great job. Waldemar kept in communication and gave updates. When I tried to call, he returned my calls. Hope I dont have to go back, but I recemmend the place. Ask for Waldemar, great guy!

I had a great experience. My POC was Waldemar. He is awesome. Very professional. Moraima is at the front desk and she was friendly and helpful. Great sevice and best customer service ever.

My car was hit by a motorcycle while parked in a parking lot, which left my car dented, scratched, and with broken glass. Gerber took a little over 2 weeks to repair including an additional day or two after having to bring the car back when it was not done completely the first time.

One of the managers we spoke with did not seem very willing to fix the dents left from the accident, but Tiffany was very helpful and so kind in correcting the situation, I am so grateful for her, and happy to have my car fixed!

I took my car to get the front bumper repainted about 1 year ago due to a bad cover up job from the previous owner. This shop charged me $800 for a complete sand down of the old paint and a respray. Well just this past week, a section of the paint flaked off in two locations and the old paint is still underneath, which means they left the bad paint underneath and just sprayed a new coating right over it. Now it is beginning to unbond and flake off. They also never removed the bumper from the car. It was taped off and sprayed still mounted to the vehicle, as I can see tape marks around the edges. I expect more professionalism from a well known business like this.

They lied about their work and charged me for something they didn't even do.

Never finished the job. Had to go back a couple of times because they missed something. Before I went there my cruise control worked, when I got it back it no longer worked. They then tried to blame it on a rear end collision that happened 3 years ago. All I know it worked before I went and now it doesn’t. To me that’s not a finished job. Just admit you where wrong and fix it.

I was here last year and they were very professional and very friendly. The receptionist was very nice. Got my car done and looks great. Thank you so much.
