Absolutely wonderful. I was in need of eyeglass frame repair for an individual that needed her glasses to see. Gerber’s took me right in and within 15 minutes they were complete. They were professionally repaired to their original state. It is a 10/10 for me! I wish Gerber's well, this high level of customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail is extremely hard to find nowadays.

Update: They have apologized and are making good on the problem I had from my previous order with a big problem I will be happy with the compromise and solution they offer. Removing my original bad review now. They seem to be very customer friendly and seem to do very nice work. Give them a chance.
