My appointment was with Rudy, he was very good to explain to me the options for service and kept me informed of the progress. The waiting room was comfortable and convenient with snacks and drinks. I appreciate the service at Germain and have always had good experiences at this department.

Rudolfo was great and the technician, James Pierre was good too. I couldn’t ask for better service than what I received. Very patient and kind.

Manny Aranguren made the whole car buying experience a pleasure. We can't say enough great things about this dealership, and especially Manny, who my husband and I worked with. We had visited many dealers in the area and the lies that many other dealerships had was outstanding. A car would be 27,000 but would have to finance for 36,000 with no explanation or breakdown of additional fees.it was just exhausting and just bizarre with what we would encounter at other dealerships. Manny at Toyota went above and beyond, was very patient and respectful of our time. When we finally decided on a vehicle, he and the finance gentleman made things very easy, informative, and quick to complete the purchase of the car and be on our way. I would recommend this dealership over any other in SWFL, hands down! It truly is a great experience. I brought my 2022 Toyota Camry in for service and waited for my guy to come over to me in the shop. He never did until the car was done. He told me that he tried calling me and then he texted me. My phone was on vibrate so I never heard the call. I have something wrong with my phone so I do not hear an indication when someone texts me. It should not be done that way anyway. That is so impersonal. I was disappointed because I had something that I wanted to discuss with him. It will have to wait until next time. I prefer direct contact in the future.

I have been waiting one year for the second key to my very expensive Highlander. I’m not sure why this is such a nightmare.

I had my routine service and Orlando did a great job at communicating. He made sure I was aware of what was going on while my vehicle was at their service center.
