German Car Depot - German car repair and service., Hollywood FL

I have been a customer of German Car Depot for 15 years and 5 cars. They are always professional, thorough and fair. I give my highest recommendation.

This is a great group of professionals who perform outstanding work! They are also competitively priced so I didn't feel at all as if I was being taken advantage of. I panicked when I had to drop my 2015 Audi A3 Premium off for work, but my experience with them will definitely cause me to use them again whenever needed.prayerfully, no time soon.

Rich & Scott are very nice, friendly & honest.
They checked the suspension & shocks on my car & told me what they found. I had been told the same thing about my car last year by another Tech, so I knew their findings were accurate.

Scott helped me repair my 2009 VW GTI. Overall I had a good experience.
They showed me what was wrong with my car, gave me a nice report and an estimate and they made the repairs. Overall I am happy with the service.

Recently bought a European vehicle and was in need of a reliable company to take care of my new possession. The team at German car depot have performed diagnostics and various repairs on my vehicle. The service has been great on each occasion. One thing I like about the team is that they communicate with you on every step of the repair.

My only issue is that i wish they opened on saturday as I work Monday- Friday.

Overall, great team and I will continue to use them for services on my vehicle.

GCD will get a return service from me. Very professional. Not a place that try to rip you off or partially fixes things to have you return and spend more money. No way. They will hear what your concern is check everything and fix it the first time in a sufficient manner. I dropped my car off to them and returned to pick it up within a few hours and it was not only completed, it was so fresh and so clean. Thanks guys!

The entire team at German Car Depot is great. We have an Audi Q5 and a BMW 5 series and only use GCD for service, repairs and professional detailing. Their workmanship is reliable and reasonable - plus the front office is always a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend GCD.

Let me just say car issues are not my forte, i had no idea what to expect. I found German car repair on the Mini Cooper website for local business'. The location was on my side of town. I read the other reviews and thought to give them a try. Friendly people which set me at ease. I knew my Mini Cooper was leaking, I just wasn't sure what it was and from where. The mechanic was knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was going on under th engine. He even asked if I had extended warranty to try and defer out of pocket expenses. That is caring for your customers. Thank you German car repair for taking such great care of Kermit (my Mini Cooper) and a car rookie. I will not hesitate to refer you to friends, families, coworkers, as well as he back.

Great Experience and a loaner was ready for me, as soon as I walked in. Don't call your Warranty before hand, allow German Depot to handle all the repair with your insurance.

They never let me down. Staff is always friendly and courteous. This one place that you can trust that they will be honest on repairs that needs to be done. German car depot has saved me from paying those prices at the Mercedes dealership

Was looking into purchasing my first used Mercedes and took a car in to do a pre sale inspection. Customer service was great from scheduling to taking a spin with the the mechanic. Owner even gave me some feedback and pointers. Unfortunately I didnt buy the car due to some title issues but will defientely be taking them any other German cars that I am considering to purchase. I’ve been bringing my VWs to the GCD team for 15 years - that alone should let you know that they are doing great work. I gifted my 97 Jetta gls to my niece 7 years ago - She is still driving it!

I had 3 generations of GTI's. An 09,12, and now 15. This is the only place I would recommend. Honest friendly work environment. Looking forward to them working on my future generation GTI projects.

What can I say this shop and staff are just terrific! Alan I believe to be the salesman was just great and accommodating, Richie is terrific and always willing to help, I miss Tonya so much as she is so nice, and the rest of the staff are very helpful! Lots of fun, Lots of laughs, Lots of Love!

Absolutely the best shop I’ve been to. Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. They left my car driving like new prices are as fair as they can get. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Honest mechanics which is hard to find. Also customer service was excellent and repair was fairly priced and quick! I would highly recommend them!

German Car Depot went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my new Mercedes in to be checked over and they were extremely reasonable. The same work at a Mercedes dealer service center would have cost me three times more - I researched. Plus I am new in the area and had no idea whom I could trust. I will most certainly be back for whatever work I need. And Maggie/Moo is an adorable dachshund. Only the highest recommendation for German Car Depot! I wish I could give six stars.

Great service, and excellent communication! These guys are fast, and answer all questions immediately with either texts or email. Keeping my Audi TT in top shape!
