Admittedly I had a little bit of trouble getting the appointment set up however once I got to them it was seamless. Within two minutes a service person was at my vehicle to take it in for service. I went into the very nice lounge to read my newspaper And have bottled water didn’t even get to finish my newspaper before my service was completed. They applied A coupon offered that was available for my oil change and I was out the door in less than an hour.

Extremely pleased with our sales man Bill Fitzgerald he was extremely friendly, patient and understanding. I am a picky shopper and wanted a specific color, mileage, features, good gas mileage and he had no problem showing me and letting me test drive whatever he could to accommodate to what I wanted. He did it he got me the car I felt comfortable and safe in and most of all the color and all the trims I loved. I am glad to have bumped into him in my car shopping experience he didn’t pressure me or made me feel bad for being so picky. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a car especially if you are looking for a transparent sales man who is willing to listen and tell you the truth not push you a car to buy to get a sale!

I have recently had my jeep compass servced at Gettel Jeep in Punta Gorda and was extremely happy with the service and customer care I received during this visit. Hector was right out to greet me, write everything up and have my Uber come and take me to work. The service dept had my car ready before noon, picked me up again and had my car ready when I arrived. I always get the service I ask for. Sometimes it is not as timely as I would like but they get it right. WE all know that the work force has suffered due to the pandemic, so sometimes we just need to be patient. Staff treated me with courtesy and respect. Gettel went above and beyond to place my friend in a new Jeep, from the the sales floor, managing team, finance team to service. It was not the Jeep of initial interest, but due to their persistence and willingness to deal and help, it became the one purchased. Since the purchase, their communication has been great, even offering to come to the vehicle to further go over all of the options the vehicle has. Future add ons that were included in the sale have been discussed and will be scheduled as promised. Positive experience.

My sales rep Ryan was a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and a true car guy. He was patient when I had 900 questions and lots of making him repeat himself as I was so excited over my new car, I would ask a question and not pay attention to his answers. Financing was smooth. Ridiculous, even with an appointment, It's been 1h 40mins and I'm still waiting for the truck to get back.
I understand that there is more cars, but that's why appointments are for, for you to get there and have your spot reserved. I talked to the desk guy and he said it happens all the time, that people always complaint. If you need to just do an oil change, go to a corner store, they'll do it in no time. Also been to other Dodge dealership, this was the longest wait.

I have been very impressed with the service recieved here. I am always confident that the issue is fixed. Amanda has been amazing to deal with, always keeping my wife and I informed with the process. Been looking for a new or new to us vehicle for a while now. If we had met Michael Horn a while ago we wouldn't have kept looking. He made everything so easy and fun. He is not only beyond friendly and knowledge, but came in today on his day off just to get our jeep detailed. The service itself is fine the technicians do a good job, however, the wait was an abomination. I dread going for my tire rotation and oil change because I know I will be there 2-3 hours every time

Taylor was great and made the whole process easy for us. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for despite the current shortages of vehicles/microchips. We're very happy with the new Durango!
