I bought a used Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid, checked online, i called and did everything remotely. Got to the dealership, quick test drive and finalized everything and drove away. Not once, it was said to me that the car has been in an accident (carfax shows clean and clear with no accidents).
Next day in the morning car goes on limp mode and check engine light is on. I am far away so i took it to another dealer (Chrysler dealer), they notice first the poor body work done on the vehicle, trim and sliding door. I told them that to my knowledge the car never been in an accident (I trusted the Con Man at Gettel). Almost 2 months of ownership and i am still back and forth to a Chrysler dealership service, every time something comes up, check engine light every week.

I trusted these people to disclose whatever the car history is but obviously i got scammed.

My salesman reply to me with there’s nothing we can do.

I advise everyone to stay away from this dealership if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money.

For a basic bi-annual check they charged $250 for parts and $550 for labor (~$140/hr) or so claimed. The VERY NEXT DAY, my weather protector breaks. I go in and chalk it up as a crazy coincidence/accident while apprehensive they may have missed something. I pay $400 for a replacement piece. The NEXT WEEK my battery dies. Replace the battery not with them. It has been over a month and a half, I have left 3 messages with services for a supervisor to contact me. Not once have I been called back NOR have I gotten any information about where or when my $400 piece is. They clearly expect me to pay for the labor but at this point they must be insane. Maybe giving a 1 star review for the community to see will be enough for someone to care about getting in contact with me. The moment this piece is out on my car Gettel will never see another cent from my family of 3 with 3 of their vehicles. By far, this is the single worst customer service experience I have ever had, and as a result they will lose $1000’s of business from me. Hope to hear from you soon! Or soon?

Took my car for a battery replacement, they sent me home in an Uber and never called back, they kept my car without any communication whatsoever. The next day I called the dealership at 7am which is the time they open. No one answered the phone in Service, I kept leaving voicemails, people there kept transferring me to people that didn’t want to help and 3.5 hours later they decided to call me back, I was late to work and no information about car. After sharing my experience to a manager in charge of the building Thomas Hayes which had a “are you done? ” attitude wasn’t the exception in this experience, instead of making better for the customer as he is supposed to, he made it worse with his attitude. Might as well
don’t have a manager…. Anyone else there could’ve done his job.
Never coming back to this location.

Out of State Buyers! Beware! The sales person was great! However, it takes 4-6 weeks after purchase to receive your tag because they contract with a third party and they wouldn't issue a temporary tag. Beautiful vehicle but horrible experience.

Decided to look at some used cars at this Hyundai dealer location and I found one that I really liked but they cheat you bad on the prices that they list. Their prices is overpriced and they charge you extra for them just to do maintenance on their used cars. They charge you 4,000-5,000 dollars over the selling price. What a ripoff! Stay away and don’t lose your money!

This time, the deal shop did a thorough fix of the Tpms light coming up after installation of the anti theft updates on the Elantra gt. This only happens on the gt. I am satisfied that the dealership did not brush it off this time and think it was us who got flat tires. Fix was done expeditely and I got the vehicle back the next day.

After having purchased three cars from you in six years we have come to expect good service from you. That is no longer the case. Within a week of having spent $1500 for service my son’s battery failed and a big piece fell off the under body. He came back in - after having to pay for a new battery elsewhere- and was told to pay in advance. When he didn’t hear from you he called several times but no one could help him. He was frustrated and called us. We told him to take time off work and personally go in to the service department when he was told the wrong part had been ordered. He understandably got annoyed and asked you to please send him the amount he had paid you. Now, a week later he has yet to receive a check.
And this is the way you treat a family that has bought three cars from you? We used to think highly of your service department, but no longer.

Only been here for service so far, but Ryan and Christopher are rockstars in the service department! They will definitely take care of you and your car. Also, I was happy to see that cars no longer have a "market adjustment" or something of the sorts. At least the one's currently on the lot.

I gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I leased a Tuscon 3 years ago (they did not deliver the car i ordered). I decided to buy out the lease and give the car to my daughter-in-law. Once sales found out i was there to pay off the car, and not buy another they returned to their office and refused to help me. The salesman i had spoken to was not there even though i had a confirmed appointment. There was confusion with Hyundai motor finance and I asked the manager lets call together, he refused. It was so ridiculously comical I left with my cashiers check and will try to deal direct with HMF.
Recommendation- find another dealer. The car is great, dealer is not.

I've been going there for 20 years and have purchased four of their higher-end cars. I always gave them five stars. It's really gone downhill the last coupke of years. Hyundai's service manager doesn't even return your phone calls,
No one looks up and greets you when you walk into the service writers booths, takes 7 days just for a diagnosis, and even with the mac daddy Platinum warranty all they can do is call you an uber.
Disappointing
How it's gone so far downhill period

UPDATE June 2023: Once again the service department has let me down with the same issue. I walked in and waited patiently while 3 service advisors sat at their desks without any acknowledgment. Thinking they were busy I waited for about 10 minutes, and nothing! I’m currently at Venice Hyundai where I will be taking my vehicle for service and purchasing a new vehicle.

This review is directed at the service department who will ignore your presence as you walk in unless you make a concerted effort to get their attention. At least make an effort to acknowledge when a customer walks in and not try to avoid contact by sticking your noses into a computer screen or your cellphone. It's a bad image to project onto the Gettel name.

Outstanding sales & services at this dealership! Even if you’re not from Sarasota it’s worth the drive to see them! If Hyundai is what your in the market for, you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve been extremely satisfied with the purchase of my Santa Cruz! My first service appointment was flawless! My particular sales person was Santiago, who I highly recommend, he’s very knowledgeable about the brand! My service advisor is Daniel, who I will request for my next visit!

Bought a nice used car here! Our Salesperson Alina was awesome! No games. Nick the sales Manager was helpful & decent. They have some steep fees here however so be aware of that. They have financing but we had arranged our own which was a much lower rate at our credit union. Otherwise, we had a good experience here. Ask for Alina!

Had a great experience with Ryan today.
Kept me up to date on what was happening with my car, I asked about tires and he was honest and told me that I didn't need them right now.
I Very much appreciated the truth and him not playing salesman.

Santiago is a great sales person. Although we didn't buy due to all the extra cost that are added definitely not his fault. But makes difficult for people to afford a vehicle
He really tried but the extras added on was the deal breaker. Almost 5000.00 too much on fees

Nick the sales manager was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to get me the best deal and got me exactly the car I wanted. My sales rep Alina was also very personable, knowledgeable and kind.
