My husband and I joined Sierra Interactive and then immediately GGMS to help get the ball rolling since were migrating from another CRM. Boy did they! Their training database starts with basic Sierra training and then you jump into database management. I have had questions along the way, but their support staff and facebook forum have been super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!
