The tour guide did a fantastic job at setting the spooky ambiance for our experience. The stops on our tour were provided with much spooky history and gave us a good idea about the events that took place where we were standing. Was a good time for children and adults alike. Not really all that scary but I was anticipating that. Still had fun.

I was beyond impressed with the tour guides— I'm sure it can be easy to get jaded after doing this for a while, but they were all committed, enthusiastic, with a great attitude and sense of humor! As much a history lesson as it was a ghost tour. A fun and memorable activity!

A fantastic time. Everyone I interacted with was on point. Nova was hilarious with the group I was in, Serenity was very well spoken with her group and didn't let the fact that everyone was 3ft taller than her deter her! The executioner was great! He came off as intimidating, but also someone with great comedic timing. If he was my kid I'd name him Thomas. Good strong name. The Jessie in the jail was a ball of energy, like a rabid chihuahua that someone gave a Rockstar Energy to. He made a teenager cry, and that alone gets 5 stars from me. -Great job, everyone involved! I highly recommend this experience!

We had a great time! Our host Mimi was awesome, she made everything interesting and informative. Chucked the driver was cool also, but the girl at jail that done the ghost host was sooo good! I wish I knew her name, she had long blond hair, she should be in theater if she isn’t already! Will definitely recommend

Gabby and Dangerous Debbie took us on a great trip. Nick was a Saint at Potter's Wax museum & Cole stole the show at the jail. We'd been to these places in the day, but everything is different at night! We caught some orbs. Great trip.

Our tour guide was Katarina and Terrible T was our driver - and they were unbelievable!
Um okay… they didn’t have to go THAT hard, but they did and it was amazing! I LOVED this tour! Had a literal blast! Enjoyed ourselves VERY much! Do this tour! You will not regret it!
The stories were funny, engaging, spooky, interesting, and the evening was spent having such a great time!

What a fun experience! I’m a horror/paranormal fan, so this was right up my alley! Story telling while driving around the city on a trolley. The tour also included a visit to the Potter’s wax museum as well as the old jail in Saint Augustine. Katherina our host was great and friendly!

We really enjoyed this tour. Serenity, our guide, was great. It was her first night she said, but she did a great job. The stops at the old jail and the wax museum were definitely the stars of this tour. The actors were great and we definitely enjoyed seeing these historical locations after dark!

The actors are very engaging! This is not super scary, but the stories are excellent. It’s nice because you ride a bus and get off to go into after hours locations like the Old Jail and and the pharmacy/wax museum! I think it’s lots of fun (even for kids who are older). St. Augustine is quite charming, and so much of it has to do with the people!

Definitely fun for all ages. Michael and Texas Tim were wonderful guides. My kid caught a pretty chilling photo at the jail that made my green orb pic look like chump change. The Old Jail is where it's at! Take plenty of pics there!

We enjoyed this tour and I recommend it. Throughout the tour, cast members appear who are "ghosts" and talk up the ghostly parts of St. Augustine. The guides remind guests to take photos of spooky places and if a ghost appears on your image, post it to social media with the #postaghost. To catch a "ghost" you must shoot three photos rapidly with the flash on. I didn't get any ghost photos but I also deleted the shots I took because if a ghost appeared I would be very very scared. Bottom line? Add Ghost tours to your St Augustine itinerary. You'll enjoy it.

This your was a ton of fun! We learned a lot about the history of the old jail, wax museum, a few cemeteries and more. The tour guides were awesome and put on a great show. If you're going to do this make the smart decision and book the last your of the night, they seem to have the most fun on the last tour simply because all of the stores and the jail are closed (that is just an assumption, I have only been on one your and it was great). Take the night your! Big shout-out to Texas and the tour guide who's name i cannot remember though he reminded us multiple times. Y'all gave me an experience I'll never forget. Also I took a picture, just one, on the whole tour. It was of the solitary confinement cell and it appears that there is a face in the picture. But there was no one in the cell. Clear as day.
Edit: For reference, I was on the Monday night 10 pm tour.

When I go on a ghost tour (and I have done so in 4-5 cities), I expect the ghost stories. Not an endless supply of bad puns by the guide, and halloween style pop up characters pretending to be ghosts. I want to be left with the impression that ghosts can be real, not that we are being catered to with a pop out executioner and a fake convict ghost. Truthfully, this was extremely disappointing to me.

Prepare yourself for a Frightseeing Adventure like none other!

After purchasing our tickets, while awaiting the start of the ghost tour, we enjoyed examining the creepy exhibits in Cromwell’s Parlour of Paranormal Curiosities.

From the moment our Conductress, Marilyn, called, “All Aboard! ” to when we took our leave, our group of friends had a frightfully grand time.

Never mind that it was a cold January night and the city was beautifully illuminated with the Nights of Lights, in our hearts it was All Hallow’s Eve and spooky spirits were around!

Marilyn covered a few safety rules. Keep your arms inside the trolly. Hold on to your camera. And no smoking … “Unless you’re Smokin’ Hot! Then you come see Marilyn! Umm hmm! ”

Marilyn’s tales - true and truly unnerving - gave us a look into St. Augustine’s tumultuous past.

We wondered about the secrets the Tolomoto Cemetery may yet hide as we learned of and searched for the apparition that may be seen playing on the sacred grounds after dark. Could this be the spirit of five-year old James or perhaps the Ghost Bride, still waiting to meet her groom at the altar.

There’s the Old Drug Store. Unexplained cold spots, noises, and shadows moving without any other movements or changes in lighting are a few of the hundreds of documented supernatural occurrences.

We spent some time outside the Old Jailhouse, which long (2891-1953) housed the most hardened, violent and infamous of criminals. And where executions were conducted. The company that built Alcatraz in San Francisco was contracted to construct this prison. I wondered about the possibly staged flickering lights inside. My friend Alex said that those lights are actually from people touring that building (but not part of this tour).

Gasp! Is that Elizabeth at the old City Gates? She was a child victim of the yellow fever epidemic, and may be seen waving to passersby.

A good time was had by all!

Unfortunately, this was an underwhelming experience. It perked up a little at the old jail with introduction of an “inmate” narrator. However, the tour was more of a theatrical performance. Not recommended.

Disappointed. The guides were good. Couldn't go into the cemeteries, which defeats the purpose of a gravestones tour.
No great scares for us!

I'm not sure what the image is and can probably easily be explained, but I thought it was interesting.
