Hands down the best law firm I could have called for my car accident! They were very convenient, very kind and very understanding and worked with me every step of the way! They settled my case to the very best that they possibly could and I'm more than happy with them! Marsha kultenbach was one of my favorites. I love working with her. She's very kind and very helpful, She took her time to work with me and helped answer any questions I had, I am almost sad that it's over bc I loved working with her The entire team was pretty great as well. I can honestly say I'm 100% grateful that I called them when I did on the day of my accident!

After almost a year of working with this "firm" I STILL have not been able to have my case resolved. After giving up on this "firm" I chose to go with another firm. I emailed my case manager 3 times to which they failed to notify me that a copy of my file was ready, only to get a letter in the mail from the Rawlings company that Gibbs & Parnell will no longer be representing me. Great work Tom 0/10 unprofessional bedside manor, uncommunicative staff, laughable medical facility recommendations for therapy, 7/10 still in pain.

If he settled out of court it's usually a great deal and his past work just gets you paid because of his knowledge and actions allot time insurance company take Parnell deal as opposed to being beaten down inn Court due to Parnell complete understanding of the law.

After my accident, I called and was immediately taken care of. Though they specialize in helping with injury cases, they also helped with my property damages as well.

There were issues with me getting the other party's insurance to move forward with my claim and I dont think I would have been able to get anything done without them.

Even when they found out the person who hit me didn't have insurance (so they weren't making any money), they still represented me and helped to move my property damage case forward. They even took the time to help answer some legal questions I had regarding insurance and policies for my family.

They did speedy work but I wish they got medical bills included in my settlement from Walmart because now I have been waiting more than a month since closing off a 4 1/2 yr case of a slip and fall. Lafaye went above and beyond the call of duty to fix a problem caused from a messy situation that I had a previous attorney from another firm she has done nothing but try to fix all the issues and get my funds to me in a timely fashion. I wish they handled my case from start to end. Attorney Tom hires excellent experienced staff. They helped wipe away fears that I had about crooked lawyers. I had an accident on September 8 for whatever reason the lawyer could not tell me anything about my case the paralegals that they have working there are too busy caught up in the pandemic to really assist you they don’t know how to gather information and their cases are based on the clinics that they pick out for you how much money that you spend in them if you don’t go to their clinics they don’t want to represent you because they build their cases off of your 10,000 personal injury money so if you’re not willing to spend that money I have full coverage for personal injury so they can bank off of them $10,000 they really not here to assist you.
