They helped get me back on track with my Facebook account. Really I should say Fixed it! These people are friendly, smart and so versatile in so many platforms. I believe working with me on my FB was a bit below their skill level but they willing to help and I learned a few things too! I look forward to working with them again!

Zach at Gigapixel Studios did a great job covering our most recent Trunk Show event at Paper Root Clothing. He came in with just very loose instructions from me and was able to get great footage that really showcased our work and the event. He had a 30sec video completed in 24hours! Super chill guy and very easy to work with and affordable. He was event to shoot stills as well under the same price structure. Lot of bang for the buck with Gigapixel. Great local resource for small businesses. Thanks Zach!

Was super stoked to work with this studio on our next music video. Our video was filmed Jan 27 and was given a month to be finished. We paid half of the final bill to ensure our video was getting done. Now it’s March and we asked for a refund. We were told by the owner Zach that he would do another video for us in a day. We had no interest because our initial product did not have this sort of quick turn around, so we insisted on a refund. The owner Zach said he does not have our money anymore. So in other words, we put money down on a service and he did not deliver within our agreed timeline and spent our money instead. This is not the professionalism we were initially under the impression of. Bottom line, they did not have timely deliverables for our deadline and we want a refund. They spent our band’s hard earned cash without completing and communicating the timely deliverables. This experience has been extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this studio to anyone. You’re better off using craigslist for your needs than this company.

Zachary came to my spa to film a commercial for me. He was professional, efficient and the turn around was prompt. He has been instrumental in increasing our web traffic and has become a valued source of information. I truly enjoy working with him and the results have astounding.
