Over the past 5 years we’ve probably bought a total of 10 cars and we’ve never had such a pleasant experience from start to finish. Scheduled an appointment. No waiting and they had all the extra parts I asked for on hand. They installed the new tires and the car is operating as it should. No problems with the service or the installation.

The whole process was seamless at Gilbert Ford in regards to the purchase of my new Ford Bronco. My sales associate Bobby was absolutely fantastic! Never once did I ever feel any pressure to buy. Bobby stayed late so I could see the vehicle since I was coming from about an hour away, worked with me on my trade and once purchased spent a lot of time going through all the features. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the paperwork was ready so there was not a long wait. The finance manager had all my documents organized and ready to go! Really this whole purchase was fantastic. Truly a top notch organization! I don't plan on getting rid my Bronco anytime soon, but when I do, they will be my first stop!

Do not ever go here ever they did a simple oil change and fuel filter change and tire rotation on my 80,000 dollar truck it took over 2 hours and I was stranded 15 minutes down the road there is a bunch of clowns working here DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

No issues during the maintenance process.
Everything went fine.
Until I noticed that the plastic belly pan was hanging loose. The mechanic failed to tighten the bolts holding the pan on after changing the oil. This required an additional visit to to the service center for correction. Not the end of the world, but should not happen.

Emily was very helpful in setting up my appointment for me. Everything with my service visit went well and I was in and out at a reasonable time.
