I had one particular car in mind when I visited Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee Fl. I had a great test drive and Ben made the purchase and trade in of my old vehicle very easy. He and the financial manager shopped around for the best loan rate for me. Since I was purchasing a used vehicle, I also purchased an extended warranty that covered just about everything my car might need covered. I walked into the service department and was greeted with a smile from a girl name Meghan. I explained to her what was wrong with my vehicle. She then input all the information into her computer and gave me an estimated time when my vehicle was going to be fixed, all within 10 minutes. They are all very professional people that work there.

I have been going to Gilbert Ford in Okeechobee for a while I love their service department my service guy is Gilberto he is excellent when I call him let me explain what my truck is doing and he has never never denied me bringing in my truck or tell me I have to wait he has always made any issue with my truck his priority to get me in and get it fixed and that's why if and when it starts messing up I call Gilberto he goes above and beyond in the service center.

Ben, Brandy, and Meghan were all very helpful during this mobile oil change, tire rotation, and 70K maintenance appointment.
