I have been working with customers for a very long time, so I understand what it's like to be in front of customers. I was first a "State Farm" client at the Lake Worth & Jog location. I always enjoy speaking with the "State Farm" team, but today I did not feel the same with the office manager at my new location in Alton (Palm Beach Gardens, FL).

Jasmin was not personable, and not genuine. I felt like she was just giving me robotic general responses, and a sense of wanting me to hang up already. Almost like if I was annoying her (cut me off a few times since beginning of the call like if she is trying to stick to a script in a way). I understand that there's customer questions that cannot be answered depending on certain situations. I also understand that everyone has different personalities, but being more humble and showing a little empathy to certain situations helps creates strong relationships (and gain more referrals through clients).

Anyways, hopefully everyone else has a better experience with Jasmin than I did.

Both Steve and Gina were extremely helpful with quoting and setting up my new auto policy. I am seeing significant savings by switching to State Farm. Thank you.

Staff is friendly, but not a fan of the lack of communication. There was no initiative on their end to communicate with me about my insurance policy. When I called to start a policy I only received a rough estimate and was left in the dark afterwards. When I called again after waiting a few weeks, I asked about the status of the insurance policy only to then be informed that I had a payment due in 2 days, that I’ve been insured since the beginning of the month, and what I needed to pay.

I bid out to three different insurance companies and they were the most responsive and professional, and had the best pricing!

Helped me secure a lower car insurance and home insurance. Pleasure to work with and always super helpful! Thanks

Hello All; About a month ago I reached out to State Farm. I am in Florida and our homeowner's insurance was getting impossible to navigate. My agent, Danielle, recommended Citizens property insurance that would be coupled with State Farm auto insurance as a bundle. Not only does this save me quite a bit of money I no longer have to worry that my homeowner's insurance will be cancelled because so many companies are pulling out of Florida.
