Gio Midtown, Miami FL

Great building, great tour. I was blown away but not surprised given all the great reviews I’ve heard about the place. Once I saw it myself the pictures don’t do it justice!

It's a nice enough place to live. The staff is responsive, the amenities are nice, the building is well-managed, and it has a great location. But when renewal time comes, they will increase your rent regardless of actual market conditions. I was given a renewal option in December with a 5% increase on my existing rent and turned it down (I need to move out-of-state for work) ; they're now advertising my unit for 8% *below* what I'm currently paying. So they basically figure: people would rather pay more rent than deal with the hassle of moving. They're probably not wrong. It's property-management-by-algorithm: their software tells them that's the profit-maximizing thing to do. But any potential renters should be aware of this.

Honestly, gio midtown is amazing. Not only is the best building (amenity wise and views) but also the staff is great. Everyone that works at Gio is super attentive and they really help you fee at home.

On top of that, they have amazing events for the residents throughout the year.

Lastly, you just cant beat having trader joes downstairs.

Gio is just great.

Lived here for around 3 years. It's beautiful and quiet. The management is what makes it so great.
Big shout out to Shanice and Colin being great at what they do. Maintenance for being so quick to fix everything (literally they are the best). It's a great place to live.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The maintenance team is friendly, attentive, and quick! The leasing office is always friendly and smiling. The concierge.where do I begin? The concierge is hands down the nicest and best collective of people. Working 24 hours, helping with packages, providing a welcoming environment, and going above and beyond what their job requires. For anyone considering Gio as their home: run don't walk to gio. It's the best experience in apartments I have ever had!

Ludin and Cesar are the best two guys to go to when you need anything that has to deal with the Gio Community. Great guys, kind and always happy. Great to have these two guys in this building.

Gio Midtown is the perfect choice in Midtown Miami! The location is ideal with so many nearby restaurants and amenities, the building is impeccably maintained, the pool and common areas are fantastic, and the units are spacious and well-designed. As importantly, you couldn't ask for a better management team and staff.very efficient rental team, a concierge staff that is friendly and willing to go the extra mile, and an incredibly helpful and responsive management team.special thanks to Asst GM, Shanice, for her efforts. Overall, a great experience.highly recommended!

This is a really beautiful and well maintained community building. The residents, the management team and the front desk are really nice and polite that is so appreciable. In addition, the building is located in a charming neighborhood near many good restaurants and grocery stores. I love it

Lovely building in the heart of Midtown with an amazing Concierge team. I can’t ask for more, thank you GIO Midtown team for everything you do to keep us happy.

We moved here almost 2 years ago without even visiting the apartment in person and every single detail has been amazing! We couldn’t be happier. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and everyone living here is always super nice and respectful. I also love how they treat the dogs and how they always have treats for them.

I have been leaving in Gio for the past 2 years and I can honestly say I’ve never been so taken care of in any place I have lived.
The staff is the best I have ever experienced.
Today after a long time I had to repair my dryer and Cesar from maintenance came to change the whole thing few minutes after I bumped into him in the elevator and told him the problem.

Gio Midtown is such a great building! My husband and I love living here. It’s always very clean, all the amenities are always up and running and the staff is always very friendly and they’re willing to go above and beyond! The building also does events for the residents which we love! Whether it’s movie nights, themed nights with food and drinks or even an event at a nearby restaurant or bar, Gio Midtown always delivers.

We recently transferred apartments and the whole team was very helpful and extremely accommodating. The general manager Beth is amazing! We’ve also had a great experience with Colin, Joel and Shanice. Stephen, Cesar and Dariem from the maintenance team are also amazing. They really helped us out and they were very friendly! The Gio team definitely goes above and beyond.

Overall, we’ve had a great experience at Gio Midtown and would highly recommend!

I have had only amazing experiences at Gio. Steven and Caesar are absolutely incredible and I am so grateful to them for helping me with my apartment and getting settled. The management/leasing office is also unbelievably great! Yahyah is the absolute best and I am beyond grateful for her. She goes above and beyond for the residents and everyone associates Gio with how amazing she is! I don’t think she has any idea how much she is valued by the residents/how lucky we feel to have her at the building! Joel in the leasing office is so kind too and really makes an effort to get to know you!

Yahay is amazing! So sweet always with a smile on her face when receiving guests and residents. Very helpful and always going above and beyond to accommodate guests.
