Very very good pizza. We had the deep dish Meat and more meat. A medium pizza for 4 people and we had 2 pieces left. Excellent service as well.

Ok I’ll get straight to the point before getting detailed. The food & management is FANTASTIC! We’re a military family from southern Cali we’re extremely familiar with Chicago style pizza due to living in Chicago. I was super amazed that someone down south can pull off the deep dish style pizza so well. The location is great and has plenty of room. For people who complain that the pizza takes 45 min to make if you want something done right it has to take its process go to dominos and get yourself a cheap 15min pizza. Giordanos has a very unique style and obviously if you’re familiar with this style of pizza you know it takes time to bake properly. I’m very thankful for Adam the manager he really provided excellent service to our family.

Deep Dish & Extra thin crust pies were delicious! Friendly Staff! TVs Available and Comfortable seating! Very small cocktail selection! Establishment seemed clean!

Whenever I'm in Orlando I make sure to stop here for the best Chicago Style pizza, hands down. Its worth the trip.

The food was ok not as good as the original. I have been trying for 6 weeks to get my sunglasses back that where left on the table. I called the next day and they said they had them. I went someone up the next day and they said they where locked in managers office and would ship them to me. Then a few weeks later they said they would ship again. I cant even get the manager to call me. Then I called corporate and they basically said sorry its a franchise and they can't do anything.

If you wonder why on a Friday night there is no waiting. That's your answer.

The pizza was great. Toppings are baked into/under the cheese layer. Garlic bread is not great, in my opinion. Service, however, sucked.

It's a family tradition to visit this Giordano's location whenever we visit the area. In the past 15 years it has failed to disappoint! The deep dish pie is delicious and the service is always great. This time there were only 3 of us and the food was way more than we could eat, hot and chessy! I highly recommend eating here with a large or small group, and bring an empty stomach and a hefty appetite!

I sent a resume for a job opening at this location. I showed up for my interview and the manager on duty had no time for me. They pretty much chased me off. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism. Also, from what I observed while waiting I would never work there or eat there.

The Giordano's in Kissimee is a disaster.the hostess doesnt feel like seating you and the waiters dont feel like coming to the table. This has already happened in 2 ocassions. Management needs to step in.

This is my favorite pizza place. My husband loves the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The sampler appetizer is also awesome.

Ordered online to pick up. The order was not complete and it is taking over 30 minutes to deliver. Pizza wasn't all that for the price and cold by the time they made the order right. Don't recommend and won't do again.

This is my first review ever for anything. It would honestly be a disservice to pizzas all over the world if I didn’t write this review. If it wasn’t for the average sauce and toppings, I would have rated it a zero. The dough was awful, it was very hard and chalky. I really hope that the pizza maker forgot to include an ingredient. For the record the best pizzas I have ever tasted was from Forest Hill, New York and Vegas (Naked City Pizza).

The pizza was great, but the wait time sucked. The place was fairly light on business. The hostess went to seat us in a booth and walked off before we could point out that the two fat guys in the adjoining booth had pushed over the seats and table into ours to the point no one else could sit there. We stood there waiting till our server came around which was a fair amount of time. We got sat at a new table and immediately placed our order then. An hour later and our pizza still hadn't come out. We didn't see any other tables get their pizza either so it all was kinda confusing. It was only when we said we were leaving and if our pizza was done we would take it to go that magically our pizza was done. They tossed it in a box and we left. The pizza WAS GOOD, otherwise we would have given even lower star rating. 5pm on a Friday with a full staff and light on customers should not have had service like that.

I ordered last night for a 8: 20 pickup. I arrived at 8: 18 pm so it wasn’t ready - no problem. I let them know I was here and they asked me to have a seat. Maybe 5 minutes later, they told me it was being boxed up. I patiently sat there another 15 minutes before I asked again about my order. They had put my order in the warmer without informing me. The food was good although the crust was a little tougher than normal. The paper plates were the cheapest ones available - soaked thru with one slice of pizza. Overall, a little disappointing from my favorite Chicago pizza place.

This place is absolutely ridiculous and definitely does not represent a Chicago restaurant. I’m a Chicago native and this place was not indicative of what Chicago restaurants bring to the table.

First, my party had to wait 10 minutes to be greeted by the host who was no where to be seen.

Upon finally being seated, our waitress acted like she was doing us a huge favor and treated us like dirt.

The music was ridiculously loud. We asked to lower the volume; however, that request was completely ignored.

Never ever ever had I been to a place that treated its customers with such level of disrespect.

UPDATE ON THE FOOD:

Appetizer: We ordered the sampler dish. The mozzarella sticks tasted of fish batter. The garlic bread had a ton of melted sour cheese on top which was foul. Chicken fingers were the only edible item.

Pizza: The Chicago Choice

While the ingredients were good, the crush was disappointing. Not only was the crust raw on the inside and burned on the outside, it also tasted nothing like the true Giordano's crust should.

They canceled our entire order because we removed one item from our order. Waited hour and 20mins for a thin crust pizza

The food was okay but they switched the music up really loud, I have a headache after leaving this place

The food was super tasty. I had some weird request.like the larger tentacles in calamari. I mean the big guys.chop those down some. Lol. But the cheese bread. My dude. Very tasty. The pizza was nice thick well cooked crust. But thin. Sauce amazing. I wish you interacted a bit more with staff. Get from behind that counter. If I’m around I’ll be back. A lot of good looking faces. I want more smiling and smaller cali next time!

I don’t ever write reviews, but I feel I have to. Ordered over $70 worth of food to be delivered to Disney resort: 2 cheese thin crust pizzas, Cesar salad, fries, and family appetizer. The sides were just fine, however the pizza was terrible.
It was so bad my kids said they wished they had Ellios frozen pizza.

They claim to be real authentic, best pizza, and more, had the chicken parmigian dinner, w salad. Salad was ok, chicken patty was pre made frozen out of a package, and the pasta, was very crunchy, HUNGRY HOWIE'S IS BETTER.beer and salad were the 9only two good things, asked about dessert, only tiramisu, and ice cream? What about cannolis or cheesecake,? My bet, stay away, I wont be going back.
