7Had to cancel been calling and emailing for weeks finally called hotel were I was supposed to stay they said someone would call me. Then someone called me from giotrip and I was told they were going to send refund within 24 hours and it's been 3 weeks and still haven't received anything our a call to tell me why I haven't received refund
I had reservations in September but canceled them for December and still to this day they haven't rescheduled my new reservations I have left 99 million phone calls and emails and still nothing there is no one to talk to. Help Help Me Please
