My son had an appointment made 2 months in advance with the office knowing fully he was on medicaid. They called me today only weeks before my sons appointment to tell me Dr. Pineiro doesn't take Medicid anymore saying she was at her max.my son is in pain and cannot see a specialist until he sees a PCP and they waited MONTHS to cancel his appointment just before the date. Now my son who is special needs has to wait mo ths more to see another PCP. The office staff had ZERO cares and hung up on me when I said they needed to honor the appointment. This doctor obviously is only concerned with getting the absolute highest amount of money with no care for patients. Don't waste your insurance dollars an these greedy people. Special needs people have pre existing conditions and don't qualify for typical insurance.

It took me a while to find a doctor that made me feel comfortable and welcome! I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Pineiro was very patient and reassuring. She really strives to give the best care possible to each of her patients. The front desk staff and the medical assistants were also very nice and helpful! I highly recommend!

Messed up my records with incorrect dating.
And putting stuff thats no longer active has active so it now it plays my record as something that is no more. Proceeded to make my pyschatrist think it was recent too. They saw the dates etc but still mark it down as active. And when i sent them a message asking them to fix it they completely ingore it.
At first it was a great doctor great office.
Until they did this absolutely ruined adventhealth for me. From now on ill be going to Halifax no longer adventhealth because they believe what they want when other records say otherwise.

Dr. Pineiro- take her time to listen to your concerns, she is caring and professional.
Willing to take time and listen, she cares about the patient and is professional.
She takes good care of my parents.

The scheduling team keeps rescheduling me just before my appointment date with reasons like we over booked the Dr. Or she doesn't accept new patients in the morning. This happened on 3 different appointments. When they attempt to reschedule my appointment they try to push me out another 1 to 2 months. I still have not been able to see my pcp yet.

Dr. Pineiro takes the time out to listen to her patients, she doesn't treat you like a number.

She’s amazing easy to talk to and listens to my every detail
Not to mention she does not dismiss anything compared to others I’ve seen before

Dr. Pineiro and staff was/is amazing. She related to me in some ways and answered all of my questions and concerns. She is Very patient and didn’t rush me out of the office as what some doctors do when they have other patients. Very pleased with my new Primary care office and Doctor. Thank you

Dr. Piniero is my primary doctor. She is amazing and has great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend her.
