Everytime we call all they say it we will give you a call they also said 1 week and a half for something fixed its been a month and i have school next week instead of making the youtube videos to make money all i have been hearing is we will give you a call or the part is almost here or the tech guy is on lunch break or he's not here never having sum fixed here again instead im just going somewhere else or buying a new one

My visit to Gizmo was not as pleasant as expected. I researched and noticed that they did glass repair for anI pad 12.9. On their website it stated a price of 299 and if you made an appointment online then it would be 10 dollars off so 289 not including taxes seemed very reasonable. So i made the appointment went to drop my iPad on off. Keep in mind i was quoted the same price when i dropped it off with the technician. He stated it make take 24 hours or so due to having to order the screen and they will call me the day it arrived. A few days had passed and i never received an call so I called them then they decided to inform me they are having issues getting the screen in due to COVID 19. Again not explained in the beginning and never called me I had to call them. Another 3-4 days passed I had to call them. Once again the same response delayed due to COVID 19. Finally they called me on a Sunday to inform me my tablet was available. I wasn't able to make it until this Sunday. When i go to retrieve my Tablet the technician said it was over 400 dollars to get my tablet. So I'm confused and furious. I asked why the price jump and she says it was actually 399 for the repair due to it being a generation 2. Mind you on the website it does not say if its a generation 1,2, or 3 the price would be over 100 dollar difference.and i was also quoted the 299 price by the tech when i dropped my tablet off and made them aware it was a generation 2. I find it in poor service for a company not to honor the price that is on their website for a particular service which happens to be the same price that was quoted by one of their representatives. For you to expected your customers to pay a price that was not quoted to them from the begging is dishonest and poor business. Also, it was explained to me the reason why it was not 24 hours is because they had to order two different screens due to them ordering the incorrect screen to fit my my tablet the first time. Another dishonest moment. Just be upfront and honest and let the customer make the choice. Don't be dishonest about prices and procedures and still expect full compensation. I guess the customer is always right doesn't apply here.

I came from Puerto Rico to visit a relative in the Villages and needed my iPhone 7plus screen fixed because it was cracked and looked kinda glitchy. Stopped by at Gizmo Depot to get it fixed and it was the best thing ever. The lady was the sweetest, so attentive and knowledgeable. In less than an hour or so my iPhone 7 Plus looked good as new. She even installed a screen protector to avoid future damage on the screen. So thankful for the service provided by them. If you ever need something electronically fixed like a cellphone, iPad, tv.go check them out. They have a website or just call. I broke the charging port on my laptop. Initially went to Best Buy but the price they estimated was ridiculous. Then luckily I was referred to Gizmo! Their price was very fair, along with outstanding service and total customer focus. I read constant requests within The Villages for computer assistance and repair, well THIS IS PLACE TO GO. We need to support this young family to keep their business going.

They are so friendly and work with you very patiently. We took a couple phone into them to get the screens repared, Two iphone 6, and both were repaired but due to unrelated problems one was not able to be used. Instead of keeping the money they refunded it and also credited it towards a new phone we bought from them. We also brought in an iphone8 to get our screen repaired. Everything was done nicely but due to best buy doing something with the iphone originally it disabled the phone. The woman who works here was so kind and helpful she stayed with us for over 30 minutes on the phone with our phone company to try to resolve the issue. We couldn't do it so we had to go to sprint. But the fact that she stood there and helped us the while time without charging us or anything just means a lot. If i ever have another problem with a phone I would return here to get repairs done.

Friendly fast and priced right! She fixed my IPhone SE in 30 minutes after I clumsily shattered the screen. I would recommend this business to anyone that needs repairs on their phones.

I had cracked my iPad a few months ago and I wanted to replace the screen Incase of further damage but it was crazy expensive where I live. So on our way down to Florida I had destroyed my screen on the plane and had no idea what to do with it. I went online and looked up screen repair places. Out of all of them I fount that Gizmo Depot had the best reviews… for good reason! They had to order my screen because they did not have it in stock but it was shipped in one day and my iPad was fully refurbished in a few hours. With great prices and great costumer service Gizmo Depot is hard not to give it anything but the best rating.
