Beware and stay away from this nusing home with your love ones all the staff do is lie all the time u ask them to do something it never happens if u have another choice don’t seen your love ones here please

I can write a book about this facility. It is by far the worst place I’ve ever worked as a CNA. They don’t care if real life happens or if staff isn’t feeling good, they only want u to come to work. An environment that shows favoritism, understaffed, and under paid. The Director of Nursing is very rude and ghetto. If u call off she will hang the phone up in your face. Professional? I give it a 0 out of 10. I do NOT recommend u place your loved ones in this facility. That’s all I have to say

They had a very good annual state/federal inspection during May 2022. I heard it was the best inspection in their history. Today (Friday), the staff were having a nice food and games social in the dining room; they do this on most Fridays and I think it is one reason why they have a close team that works well together. I work there and they have great paid time off benefits. I highly recommend this facility! No matter if you work there or need their services, you will feel part of the family.

Awesome caregivers and administrative staff! This facility is a staple in our small community and the staff works hard to provide quality care!

This place is horrible and there is a reason they have a two star rating the administrator is also horrible as well he is rude and so unprofessional. I had a family member living there and she begged me not to take her back. If I could give a zero star I would. This place disgusts me truly and needs to be shut down.

I am so offended and upset with the treatment I just received from one of the nurse at this nursing home. I called the facility inquiring about my grandma’s DNR and her nurse was very rude and disrespectful. Yelling and getting out of character all because I asked her a question. First off, this nursing home allowed one of their workers to give my 94 year old grandma COVID. On top of that, they had her in their facility four days before they transferred her to the hospital where she arrived unresponsive. After all the emotional distress I’m already going through I had to deal with her level of disrespect, rudeness, and her nasty attitude all because I’m trying to take care of some information about my grandmother. I am an emotional wreck and the anxiety is everywhere. To make matters worst, she refused to give me her name and hung up after screaming she don’t have to give me nothing because my grandmother is in the hospital.
