First let me say my toes came out perfect. My issue was with my husbands pedicure. The price on their site for a pedicure is $40 he did not get any gel, color, design, nothing added on. The price for his pedicure was $60 when I asked about the price they said since he had a lot of dead skin on his feet they needed to use extra tools and because it was more work for them cost an extra $20. It would have been one thing if this was told to us and the charge was explained but it was not. Also if it was so much extra work how did they finish his feet before mine? I got a gel paint and an acrylic nail and my toes cost $55. I really loved how my toes came out but if you’re going to do an add on charge of $20 I think that’s something you should tell your customer and then they can decide if they want to proceed. I would honestly love to go back but I don’t think I will because what other charges will they add on without asking if I get other services. I would have paid the price happily if they would have just told us. Sad because it’s such a cute salon and the ladies are great at what they do. Just please in the future tell people if you’re going to add on $20 surcharges. It’s just decent business practices.

Started off great then the polishes got old and started cracking within a day. I have complained over the past 4 months.the owner is rude and disgustingly prejudice against blacks.made false accusations because of the color of my skin. They stole my $50 a year and a half there before I realized they didn't care for blacks there. Shameful! It's 2023!

This place is easy to access. The ladies here are so welcoming and kind. But my favorite is Lurianys. My goodness, this woman is extremely gifted! She is a highly talented colorist and haircut stylist.

Very upsetting & unfortunate experience with glam beauty and their manager. Long story short, I got my hair done by Jolleis. I have yellow brassy ombre in my hair with washed out purple, mostly yellow. I told Jolleis I wanted to turn the yellow into platinum and she told me she would not be able to achieve that look, it would be more like ash blonde. I agreed to it, but she could not achieve what she had promised. I called the next following days and asked to speak with a manager. I explained to her my frustration and asked if I can come in to get it re- toned. The manager told me that Jolleis had told me that I can only achieve platinum or ash blonde if I got my hair bleached, which was not said to me during my appointment. In the phone conversation the manager continued to talk over me without letting me speak. I asked her if I could speak without being talked over and she hung up on me. I was respectful the whole time and did not raise my voice, unlike her. They are very unprofessional and clearly don’t know how to communicate.

There was also a problem with the price, at the time I made the appointment I was told a haircut, tone and blow dry would be $75. However when leaving, they tried to charge me $120, when I asked why, they said the haircut was an extra $20 and told me it would be $95 instead. I was not happy with the haircut as well after I asked for a style/layers and only received a trim, she didn’t even bother trimming my bangs.

All in all it was a very unfortunate experience. Do not come here if you want to be disrespected when you politely ask for something to be done when you are unhappy with your experience. I am not one to complain/ write a review, but it’s completely absurd to be treated this way. Very sad I don’t have the managers name to mention on here as well since she did not introduce herself when on the phone. So now I’m out $95 with the same exact hair, just trimmed.:/

Horrible bad work, super inattentive, and they charge 2 dollars to pay with debit, how dishonest.
