I’m unhappy with my results and the communication with the staff and doctors is TERRIBLE! Wish i would’ve went somewhere else!

Horrible Customer service, Never answer calls or return calls, they claim to have spoken to you when youve waited for a cal for days.the facility needs a facelift for sure.very unhappy very poor service.

Amazing experience! The staff at Glamorous Life were great. Sometimes the phone gets busy but keep calling, they’ll answer! My results with Dr. Zach are amazing. It’s been 2 weeks and 2 days since my tummy tuck and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely went to the best doctor!
The pre-op was the day before surgery. I met with Dr. Zach and all went well! The day of surgery, I went in and the staff was wonderful. I was a bit nervous but the staff was so sweet and comforting. My post-op was the day after surgery and I was sore but walking!
Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with the staff and doctors of this clinic. I did my consultation in the beginning of March and they were able to give me a date early April. I had no problem getting my labs or medical forms from them once i sent my deposit. Though, i did not pay my remaining balance until i was cleared fron my Physician and also my cosmetic surgeon which was Dr. Zach. I was very pleased with the staff they make you feel very comfortable pre op was a breeze as well as post off. Dr. Zach did an amazing job on my lipo/Bbl. I would recommend to anyone

Dr Dowbak doesn’t work at this clinic anymore from what I was told. I got my surgery here with Dr zach.

The anesthesiologist was so nice! I loved her! She made me feel so comfortable.

Gabby and Sabrina are also very nice to work with. They just get busy and forget to reply or respond but just keep following up they’ll reply eventually.

They did have to reschedule my surgery to the next morning instead of Monday morning due to an apparent last minute emergency. Which was fine. I’m now 6 days post op and love the results so far.

Pre op was only a minute long but he understood the assignment. The nurses and everyone there are super nice!

Only thing is you do need to be consistent with them if you want your questions answered:) which I did do. And it worked out.

Dr. Dowbak and her staff were absolutely amazing as busy as they are they have good response time as well as customer service. I went twice once in 2019 and 2021 same delightful experience both times. I’d recommend her facility to anyone looking for a phenomenal result and a down to earth reliable doctor.
