I'm very surprised to see anything positive here about Barry Marcus. He did a terrible job on my case. Besides habitually missing court deadlines and not following court procedures, he literally emailed (in big red text) more than once that he cared more about how he would be perceived by the bank suing me than putting forth my settlement offer. A Florida Bar investigator agreed he violated several ethics rules. He was reprimanded by the bar previously from another client, was caught driving on a suspended license, his own foreclosure last year (all public record), yet he had the nerve to literally insult me for being sued! He struggled to comprehend the evidence even after hours of screen sharing review. He was extremely antagonistic and abusive towards me. One of many examples: accused me of "playing games" with him because I provided a second document to complete the analysis instead of putting it in one document because he said it wasted his time to open two documents rather than one. Many more examples! I've tried getting the firm's management's help, but they just say "Barry said. " without looking at any actual emails he wrote, etc. After I brought my concerns to management, he falsified invoices in retaliation.and more! He's a terrible attorney and a despicable human!
