After having a tree limb fall from a tree we were parked under, we called Glass Doctor and a well-known competitor. Glass doctor was significantly less expensive and able to replace the window 3 days earlier than the competitor-plus, that was over a 3-day holiday weekend! Love Glass doctor! I had something hit my cars back window. Glass doctor was cheaper than my insurance and they were the only company who could came out the next day to fix. Super happy with the professionalism of the technician (Eliut). I noticed once I drove car that new window seemed distorted. I called and the customer service rep ordered another window from a different vender and had Eliut come to replace the distorted window. It was that simple! Glass Doctor has a customer for live! Seriously can’t believe there is still and honest and fair company around now a days. You all are the best!

Due to weather I had to reschedule twice. It was easy to reschedule and they were always professional. On the day I finally got it done the tech was in contact advising of his arrival and he was on time. About 30 minutes and I had a new non cracked windshield. I'd use them again, but hope I don't have to!

I ordered safe lite online I had a email saying they would be out on a Saturday. Never called or emailed me. They did call on Monday wanting to set up an appointment. Why? When they should have been here Saturday. Glass doctor called me 4 times to let me know when they were coming out

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday. Called in to get an ETA and they said I'm not on the schedule. I have a voicemail from Stephanie with their company on Wednesday saying the glass was in stock and they have me on the schedule.

Quickest, most affordable place we could find on short notice. Our back windshield shattered on a Sunday so they couldn’t come out same day but they were at our place by that Monday morning fixing the window in only 45min.
