2Been using them for 15 years and done countless number of projects for use. Always fast and well priced. 5 star and many thanks.
HORRIBLE experience from jump street. Upon 1st call, female answering phone was short, curt, snarky and dismissive. When questioned about scheduling she hung up. After 45 minutes I called back; sounded like same female. I asked to speak to the owner-she said she was. After basics she told me she'd call Monday to get me scheduled.
After 3 weeks of NO CALLS ON MONDAY. I called one last time; sounded to be same female answering.however she claimed to be owners sister. So i tried for approximate cost of 2 windows repaired and to get service person scheduled to come see. AGAIN.she said she needed to discuss project and would return my call with an hour-which was 2 DAYS AGO!
**************WHAT INSANITY IS THIS? *************
I'd NEVER TRUST this "company" nor do I believe they are actually professionals in this area.
