2Gate always broken&left open. Pool trashed by no residents. CDD HOA do nothing but raising fee. Not safe neighborhood area. Horton house falling a part only a year after.there’s no yard&recycle pick up in this area. Sometimes they try to skip regular trash pick up too. Poor internet&cell connection.if I contact Horton, they disappear. Just making them look good for review.
DR Horton may be the worst company I’ve dealt with. The “one year warranty”, they ignored it. After 3 years we hired an attorney just trying to get the issues fixed. 2 years later and all kinds of excuses, they sent us a subpoena to appear in court. We simply asked to fix the issues or pay us to fix it. They simply have a team of attorneys that could waste our time so we gave up. The house was brand new. If you want evidence or don’t believe what I’m saying, respond and I’ll send evidence. 4 years and $15K and our house still isn’t fixed, that’s crazy. This company is absolute garbage.
