Everything about our experience with Gloria The Groomer was nothing short of amazing. Her customer service was exceptional. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable with leaving my fur baby in her care. She was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, informative, kind, and patient with me, as I had lots of questions and wasn’t sure what cut I wanted for my fur baby. Her establishment was clean and welcoming. She did exactly what I asked. My fur baby’s hair cut is perfect. He is clean, his coat looks and feels great, and he smells so good. We will definitely be back! We are very pleased with her and I highly recommend her services if you want TOP NOTCH, QUALITY GROOMING!

Very pleased with the service received. We are traveling and found our Golden to be experiencing some challenges with the heat. With quarantine measures being lifted, the appointments for his normal groomer were severely backed up. We reached out to several in the area and got the gut feeling that Gloria was the choice. We were served correctly as the experience from beginning to end exceeded my expectations.

As a business owner myself, Professionalism is very, very important. I Set a appointment on Monday 4-27-20@11am to have my two Shih-Tzu groomed by Gloria's shop. Due to the new COVID-19 updates I politely asked that the dogs not be petted or held by any other customers. She replied that this doesn't occur at her shop; which I was happy to hear. Then she said.she felt that her shop was not for me! Good day.
I was shocked and confused by her reply. I explained how much I liked her work as seen online and I asked if I still had my appointment. NO REPLY.after 20min I called to confirm the appointment and she picked up the line and hung the phone up! So very unprofessional and disappointing especially as black owned business. Im moving on to find someone who can communicate properly and handle all customer concerns without becoming offended. So very sad!

Very Professional and her responsive time is in a timely manner I love the way she treated and cut my Ivy! I absolutely would recommend her ️

She started on time very nice, she loves animals, my dog was groomed very well, and he smelled so good, I recommend her to everyone that has a dog! She is amazing!

My shihtzu was groomed very well and her color was very beautiful. She prance around the house like a little princess.

Gloria did an amazing job with my Pitbaby. I would highly recommend her. He was gentle and kind. Not a lot of people want to handle larger dogs! We will definitely be taken him back. She has gained a new loyal customer!

Gloriathegroomer is the most professional groomer that I have come in contact with, my dog loves her and he is very responsive to her she is always on time never overbooked and the quality of her service is superb. I hope I never have to find another groomer.

When we first came to Mrs. Gloria, Henny was nervous. We were going to another place. But He never wanted to stay. So, I heard about Gloria from another client of hers. I talk with her made an appointment. And when we got there Henny was scared.shaking so She said he will be fine! When I came back to get him. He didn't want to come home! She had to walk us to the car! After that when we pull up he ready! I love how she cares for your fur baby. We just love her! And we tell everyone about her! She has blessed hands! This was Royal's first time and I was nervous at first but gloria took every good care of him and updated me on the progress of the grooming if your looking for good quality care she is it! Very professional and sweet we will definitely be back she did an Amazing job on my husky!

I want to start of by saying that Gloria is an amazing groomer! She is very knowledgeable of the breeds of dogs. She got my pebbles right in and dolled her up! Awesome customer service! Pebbles acted like a whole new dog when we picked her up. I have definitely found the PERFECT groomer for my fur babies! This was our first time here and we'll definitely be back. The place is clean and odor free. The groomer Gloria did an awesome job with my Bella. She looked so Beautiful when I arrived to pick her up. I'm very satisfied with the service we recieved.
