6IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BUY WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER DO IT! THIS COMPANY IS A FIASCO, THEY ASK YOU TO CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL AND THEY NEVER ANSWER! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I ordered a part. They charged my credit card and then refused to ship it until I pay an additional $20.00 because they said the price was outdated. They are not reputable.
Ordered some items from these folks. In 4 days they provided me with tracking number, though I had to call them myself. Still - I am pleased with the service, and didn't encounter any negative experience.
Their website had a part that I needed that could be shipped immediately. So I proceeded with the order, two weeks later they still had not shipped the items! So I called them and asked them to cancel the order. I found the parts locally that I could pick up immediately. I call them ask them they canceled the order, this is numerous times after calling them to get updates, they refuse to cancel my order! They said they're going to charge me 25% restocking fee on something that they didn't have that they said they had. I don't understand why they said they would it in stock and we're going to ship it.
On 17.02 an order was made, they promised a delivery time of 1-2 weeks, after almost a month (13.03) they sent me a message by mail that the order would be sent at the end of the week, that is, before 19.03. I never received a tracking number, then after the calls I received information that they would send it within two days. Promises are fed all the time. If the company cannot complete the order on time, then there is no need to write false information about the timing on the Internet.
Totally bad service, it may be a fraud, I made a payment for several weeks and they canceled the order because the product was not really in stock, I have asked for a refund for several weeks but I do not get a clear answer
Edit
If you have the proof of the return of the payment, I would appreciate it if you could send it to me by mail, because my bank insists that the refund was never made
