Northwest Family is amazing. Love staff is amazing. Nice to have a location you can go to where the doctor's listen to you.

This place and doctors have been my primary care since I was a toddler, and I absolutely loved them. But recently I'm guessing they went through some type of management or ownership changed. My husband try to call them to schedule a physical required for work, and he said he was on hold for an hour before he gave up. I thought he was exactugrating since I've never had any issues. Then I tried. And got the same result. I called 5 times over the course of a couple days and never got a hold of anyone, he ended up going to a walk in clinic. Then recently my husband came down with the flu. So I called to get him in.i got someone right away this time. I told them what was going on and i wanted to get him in to see the doctor i figured he needed some type of antibiotic 9r something. They said we can get him in, in 3 weeks is that ok? No it is not he has a fever and needs medicine, he would be over it or in the hospital in 3 weeks and cant i bring him in for a walk in. She explained we no longer take walk ins but the doctor will call you, the operatorcalled back and said take him to a walk in? What. I called to make an appointment for my physical and they can only schedule it for a month out. I asked what happened I use to be able to schedule something the same week. No explanations I asked if the doctor could refill a month of my Birth control so I could wait that long. The operator said the doctor wont do that. I explained I've seen the same girl doctor since I was 13 and they have told me they could. She said I daught it but I will let you know.a week later I get a call from the pharmacy saying the prescription would expire if I didnt pick it up today.the doctors office never called me back saying they would fill it: (. My parents took me here since I was 6 and I've been with them ever since and have always loved them. They were a great family practice and everyone was always nice (it took forever as a walking but that was expected) so o dont know what happened in the last year or so but it looks like I'm going to have to find a new family practice. I wish I could take the doctors with me though: (

Dr. Cromer and Kapps are the best! Simply cannot ask for a better medical provider who has great manners!

I’ve been to see Dr. Dunn twice now. She is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. She actually listened to me and never once did I feel rushed. As for the staff in the front office, they are amazing as well. Checkin time was quick and easy.

Right now I am on the phone for 12 minutes to make an appt. I have been with drs office since 2000. Since they have become a major corporation, they are not worth my time. I call, wait 12 minutes to finally speak to a human and was told no appt until December 9. I have anemia and am so weak, I can barely walk without breathing hard. Now I have to go through finding another physician who still cares about their patients as much as making their money. I am not a person who does negative comments usually and hate doing this now, but this is ridiculous.

Been going here for the last 5 years and as of last 6months I cannot get them on the phone too book an appointment. I've currently been waiting 30mins to speak to a live person, no one picks up at all no matter what extension you press. Very unfortunate; used to love coming here.
*UPDATE*
Still cannot get ahold of them after a week. This place is officially a joke.

I have been a GMS patient for over 10 yrs and have been satisfied with care. Now a well med facility and i have been attempting for a week to schedule an appt. No one will pick up the phone. How are patients to schedule an appt and receive their meds if no one will answer? I am working with a nurse manager from another office to try to get through. How r ur elderly patients able to have their healthcare needs met when they can't get a live person on the phone. This is unacceptable and dangerous for patients that need cardiac med refills, inhalers, diurectics or issues concerning CHF, diabetic meds.etc.

Have been seeing Dr. Cromer over 15 years. Wonderful Doctor, very caring and professional. Unfortunately the Office is not. Their new phone system puts your call in a queue to be answered with hold times greater than 15 min! Just to schedule an appointment. And when I recently had blood work and a biopsy done, I missed the call from the nurse practitioner at 5pm, went to call back right away.office Closed! Called back the next day to get my results from the nurse practitioner Hannah and the operator read me my private results right from my record. How unprofessional and a violation of my confidentiality and trust! Results should be given by the doctor/nurse practitioner/PA and never by the operator or assistant who answers the phone. I’ve had enough humiliation and unprofessionalism from this office. Time to find a new primary care.

I've been going here for about 20 years.have always been happy until the last 6 months or so.ever since they merged with a medical group, the service has been terrible.you call and can't get through.or you call and the person has terrible customer service.and so rushed

Went here for a physical, told her about a few issues I was having and she told me I'd need to come back for a "problem visit". It was something that could have been fixed with medication but she was just in a rush and didn't want to take any time to discuss what I brought up. I have heard good things about other doctors here though.

Its terrible when you call them at 10 am but the answering system tells you to call abck suring normal business hours.called 7 times. No call back.

I drove a 1/2 hour in traffic for a walk-in appointment based upon their CLEAR website statement:
“Walk-ins available:
Monday – Thursday until 11: 00AM and 4: 30PM
Friday until 4: 00PM”
Unfortunately a woman at the front desk with fingernails the size of Freddy Kruger’s claws told me I was wrong. They don’t take walk-ins. Jerks.

Not happy went into the doctor today told the doctor everything i was concerned about my lower sharp pain in my legs and sharp pain in my stomach on top of an ear muzzled problem, Anxiety and my rashes and Dr Hannah Beavers tells me lets just focus on a few things and come back. NO MA'AM as a doctor you are supposed to check everything. NEVER TELL A PATIENT TO COME BACK WHEN SOMETHING SERIOUS COULD BE WRONG. Never will i go back i am a disatisfied patient. Enough with these half job Florida docs all about their. Unhappy patient please cancel my New Patient chart thank you
I am requesting my money back $186 for the New Patient visit

The wait time from check in to seeing the doctor is minimal. I've only been twice so far but less than 20 minutes both times. And you don't feel rushed at all. Christian Neller is my PCP and she's great. Really listens to you and is compassionate. Check them out; I think you'll like them. Very friendly atmosphere.
