Normally I go to the GNC on 192 but, I was over this way and so I stopped at this one. Let me start by saying that the level of customer service and product knowledge is below par. Gave wrong info, which is not good when you’re dealing with peoples health. Also the service and one on one that I get at 192 is not matched at this location. Seem sale driven and pushy for products I didn’t need instead of customer oriented. Disappointed. I’ll stick to my usual store.

First time in this GNC. Went in looking for preworkout that wouldn’t break my fast, Collin greeted me as soon as I walked in, I explained what I was looking for and he took me around the store showed me different preworkouts that would work for me. Took the time to read all the ingredients to make sure there wasn’t any sugar hidden, and suggested some of his favorites he had used. I would most definitely recommend this store staff was amazing, store was very clean and well organized and Collin was amazing, I will be returning to this store when I need supplements. Thanks again!

Maria greeted me upon arrival with a huge smile on her face. I had my two kids, they baby was sleeping in his stroller and my middle son was being curious about everything and she offered to get me anything I needed. I told her I wanted to look around first and she gave me some space while juggling both kids and just wandered around. I did have a question and I asked her and she dropped what she was doing to answer my question, explained in detail the promotion going on and she made it simple, clear and effective way to make my decision. She asked a few questions to understand my needs, asked if I had a membership which I said no, turns out my wife started one for me already, and she explained the cost for the upgrade which paid half of it on my initial purchase. Took her up on the offer and she got me up and running! I asked the hours of operations and she told me a breakdown which is awesome since I work early and get off late. She was helping a new associate while all this was happening but she made sure she attended the other customer while still coaching, I appreciated that from her it shows her attention to detail and assuring her team follows good behavior. Thank you María for your time, and whomever reads this, I hope your experience is as valuable as it was for me! Now I got to figure out how to register my information on the website so I can get personalized recommendations and cannot wait for my next visit!
