WORST GNC I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!
I have been a loyal customer for a couple of years and even payed and signed up for a pro membership. I usually shop at different outlets, but at my first time here I was literally shouted at by the only employee in the store with a high temper and a horrific attitude who kept telling me I am irritating and annoying him. He refused the coupon I was sent by GNC as rewards member used in the same conditions at every other store and kept belittling me until I finished my purchase. If I did not need the product I would left in a matter of seconds. Absolutely disgusting experience and would anyone to spend their time shopping elsewhere!
On 08/28/2020 Friday around 4: 15 pm i went to GNC located at 2520 Coral way miami Fl 33145 it was close 20 minutes later I came Made the coment with the clerk she said I saw you I went to get some cash I also called, the phone was off the hook. I went to buy two items she had such a bad attitude that I place the item back and walk out She needs some training In professional ethic. If the owner is reading this message please take care of your business by being more selective with your employees else the business will decline I will not go there any more I was purchasing in this place since Tamara open the store
The lady was watching a movie on her iPad and she didn’t pay attention to us as customers. She got mad every time we asked her about what we wanted to buy because we were interrupting her with her movie. Bad service at all and she even qualify herself when we paid because we notice on receipt that it says the service was good! What is she doing there if she didn’t care about the people who goes into the store!
