Went on a Saturday about 1230. I Did not purchase online because I want to be able to discuss options for protein isolate. This guy could not be more disinterested in helping. I described what I had read on the website. He could not even try. I found on the website showed it to him and he finally showed me where the product was. Never coming back here again. Plus he was playing music With some F bombs, which was an additional turn off.
There is always a welcoming and helpful atmosphere at this store. I always enjoy shopping here. Adam
The manager is beyond nice and helps every time with anything I need.
I will not lie great knowledge on products, but know when enough is enough. If a customer tells you specifically no I’m not interested in something 2 times back off. I was beyond livid I will not be going back to this location due to how overbearing the employee was.
Retracting my previous review unfortunately. Good customer service here but one simple thing like signing me up for Autopay/Auto-ship instead of a "rewards" program is a little messed up. Down $70.00 until I realized I was signed up for this. Sad.
The store representative was helpful and clearly concerned about a positive customer experience.
