GNC, Casselberry FL

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to inventory; this store's associate seems to constantly display and then blames on GNC. Not only is the associate often in the back room when I walk in, but he is often on the phone or more interested in something else other than giving attention to the customers and solving the customer's single inquiry. It has been a handful of times now that I have walked in and felt completely belittles and looked over just for being there, an apparent inconvenience to what this associate genuinely wants to be doing, which is talking to his women over speaker phone in the middle of the store. Today was my last visit ever to this location.

Purchased a product, and didn’t like it so I exchanged for another one. Would’ve been a fine experience if the bald guy wasn’t so rude. Exchanged it the old product for a vegan product. Instead of being helpful, this guy was rude, saying it’s not enough protein and after the exchange is already completed decides to say “it’s also disgusting” ok well if you know so, much how about do your job and suggest another vegan product you think I would like? Why would you wait until after exchange and try and make me feel bad for my choice by saying it’s disgusting? Watch out for these people who run this store. They will make you feel out of place, and won’t help you at all.

Love CVS, very clean They're very helpful. I get my prescriptions here. And they have a restrooms and very clean. That's very important.

I walked in wanting the best tasting protein powder and walked out with the most delicious one I've ever had. Kevin definetly deserves a raise and a promotion. Thanks Kevin.
