Very Great! The owner is super patient and knowledgeable about all jewelry. Provided a very fair price for my chain that I sold there, and even gave me coupons to have my jewelry cleaned! I love that it is local and I will definitely be coming back

Quick rundown.had some jewelry that we didnt need/want. Ive been to all kinds of Pawn Shops in the past.but I knew better than to take the wife to any of them. Found this place around the corner based on reviews here and called to confirm they are in the business of purchasing gold/jewelry.

We came in after being told that they sure did. Very nice and clean shop in London Square Plaza. Not cheesy or stuffy at all. The owner (s) was very nice and patient with us, explaining the entire process and demonstrating it on the items we brought with us. They made us a fair offer and subsequently we took care of business (paperwork, etc).

During this time we swapped stories and had many laughs. Again, it was nice to feel like a social visit mixed with business as opposed to uninterested/rude shop where you can feel the pressure mount as they get ready to screw you over as much as possible with their offer (s).

I wholeheartedly recommend this store for all of your jewelry needs, especially if you are looking to unload some jewelry that just collects dust in your closet! Its a family operated store and an asset to our community.

Amazing customer service! I had previously been here to fix a necklace and it was so speedy I had it back within the week! Today I went to have a bracelet fixed and the super nice lady did it on the spot! Will come again and 100% recommend:)

Went in today to have my watch and chain repaired and had both pieces fixed very quickly. The service was great and friendly. Definitely going back in the future.
