Most frustrating experience. Could not get my family out fast enough. All our concerns fall on deaf ears. Unorganized management. Very nice when signing you up for admission. $$.
Communication/Customer Service is a real problem especially if they do not like you as the resident's responsible party when trying to resolve an issue. Calls returned up to a week later
if at all. Problem starts at the top!

A great place to work. The residents are amazing and so are the staff.

My family member lives at Gold Choice. They have wonderful food and terrific caregivers. We were a witness to all of this craziness miss cope exhibited. She called her father every two hours. The poor man couldn’t even sleep. She was crazy The staff and Gold Choice goes out of their way to make any accommodation we need, they love the residents like they’re family. It’s such a shame when people don’t appreciate the blessings they have.

This place is terrible. Terrible food. Terrible management. Terrible ethics. Was recommended by Comfort and Joy Advocates who never refunded $700 we paid to get help with a Medicaid application that was never made. They are running a racket here. It's not safe, clean or trustworthy.

I was referred to Gold Choice/Deltona when trying to find a Memory Care home for my Dad. My dad resided at Gold Choice for 6 weeks before having to relocate due to his medical needs requiring a different kind of assistance. While at Gold Choice, Dad was extremely happy and enjoyed his surroundings to include, the other residents. The home/building is clean and full of activities to occupy the residents. The staff is extremely helpful and versed in their area of expertise!

I personally worked with Community Relations Director, Deby Okum. Deby is a professional, who is well versed and rounded in her profession. She helped guide me through the process with his insurance and Medicaid filings. With Deby's assistance, her knowledge and care, this difficult decision and transition was made easier.
