I took the pre license course with Dan in North Miami beach. He took the time to explain all the details of the chapters. Great teacher, everything was very detailed!

I attended Gold Coast in North Miami for my initial license many years ago and now for my 14 hours post license. I highly recommend it. I had the pleasure of having Gilbert as the instructor and really enjoy my class he made it interesting and it was a great review.

I took the 63 hour pre-license course at Gold Coast' s North Miami location. I was very nervous about the course and passing the class, especially from some of the stories that I've heard about how hard the exam was. Mr. Terry Nero was my instructor, and from day one he made sure to encourage the entire class that "Failure is Not an Option. " Mr. Nero was very knowledgeable in his profession, as well as he was a very detailed and thorough instructor. Not to mention, he was very patient cause I know I asked a lot of questions, and was very frantic over those math problems and formulas; however, I did pass the class (on the first try). My overall experience with the Gold Coast the school and with the staff, was by far a high 5 stars. I would definitely recommend others who are interested in Real Estate, or any of the other courses that they provide, to them.

I love the class schedule flexibility and the different types of study materials available I.e. Virtual or classroom. The instructor G Chery at the North Miami Beach office was very experienced and knowledgeable in the field of real estate and the class material. He was sensible to the diversity of the class environment and assisted all the students with their needs.

She is a great teacher, very patient, helpful and also makes a fun time to all of us. I highly recommend this teacher is you want to take this course in Espanol.

I just finished the FREC I course with professor Laura Napoleon, she is very nice; has an amazing way of breaking things down so it can be understandable, always keeping it light and fun, In four weeks I get used to it seems that I knew her for a long time

Teacher has a great personality and an excellent teacher. I am a retired teacher. The hard part is he had to also do this at the same time for virtual students. Very hard but he is doing it very well. He would be great with kids. They need him.

I really enjoyed attending class at Gold Coast. The instructor, Terry Nero was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this class and school to everyone seeing to become a realtor.
