This place is one of the biggest scam dealerships of all time! Sold me a BMW
Not even 3 weeks later
Engine was going out, oil leaking everywhere
Paid 3000 for it to get fixed and then more issues started happening
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAM DEALERSHIP

I had a friend who managed to get a car from there. And within 3 days it broke down. And they tell us that it was our fault when they didn't check the belt. Nor do they check the brakes, and they made us pay 1200 told us that the car is no longer Under warranty, and that if we wanted to have it fixed, we're gonna have to pay 5000 more. So we went and told them they could keep the car and we bought a new one. I will not recommend this place to anybody.

PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS THIS PLACE SUCKS JOHN IS THE BIGGEST LIAR WE BIUGHT A car for our son’s Graduation present the car was a Lemon the car was no good broke down a few days later John had his mechanic fix it it came back as no good due to being told we will not get any money back we was forced to get another car trying to give them the benefit we even bought a second car for our grandson because John said he will work with us when it was time we had to pay full price for the car that was being bought due to their terrible cars we was told every time we try to talk to the owner The owner says he makes to much money to hear our problems well let’s go back to the cars both cars we just purchased have to go to the shop I do not know what they do to the cars they work long enough to get off the lot John even told us we would not have to pay another tag tax an title for the car we had to repurchase for our son due to the broke down car we had originally purchased as we are their we are seeing several other people with the same problems I tried to speak with the owner again an John refuses SO PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AN ALL THE OTHERS THEY ARE TRUE TRUE TRUE THIS PLACD IS FULL OF LEMONS AN THE CARS WE GOT LOOK NEW SO DO NOT BE FOOLED

Gold motors auto group AKA GARBAGE MOTORS AUTO GROUP as the NEW MANAGEMENT is ONLY SELLING CARS THAT WERE EITHER in a HORRIFIC ACCIDENT or CARS THAT WERE UNDER WATER and DISGUSTINGLY GERMICIDAL from being in a HORRIFIC ACCIDENT where the CAR was PULLED from a RIVER or SOMETHING and the NEW MANAGER JOHN is ALSO SELLING CARS with FAULTY AIR CONDITIONING that will FAIL shortly after the PURCHASE of ANY vehicle THERE and this MANAGER JOHN will NOT REPAIR ANY VEHICLE PURCHASED THERE on ORDERS from the OWNER Javier and THEY say U ONLY pay for the car for 2yerrs and it's more like 5uears.all the cars have ROACHES and ANTS and they REFUSE to do ANYTHING about the ROACHES and ANTS just MANAGER JOHN saying the car is sold AS IS.all the CARS have TRACKERS on them and GARBAGE MOTORS AUTO GROUP wants to REPO UR VEHICLE because they CHARGE RIDICULOUS fees to get a CAR back and they rather REPO UR VEHICLE than let'U pay it off.just a REAL BAD PLACE, BAD MANAGEMENT BAD BUSINESS. People MAKE SURE YOU READ these reviews. I'm glad I did, I called yesterday to go buy a Chrysler 300 I asked if I could take it to the Chrysler dealership to have it inspected first and they said they don't allow that. Lol serious? ! I wasn't asking them to pay for the inspection I planned on paying the $100 myself. If they say they have no record of me being there then just ask if you can have a vehicle inspected at a reputable dealership and watch what they tell you. They are a joke, I went to a different place for my purchase. They obviously are hiding different issues with vehicles
BEWARE! Do your research, and ask to take your car to be inspected, they said I could bring a mechanic but they have no lift to put the car on for inspection. LOL don't waste youroney or your time!

If they gave me the option of giving it 0 stars, I would gladly do so. They are abusive thieves, they make fun of people's needs. I bought a car with them, the car is more the losses than the profits. I called and they told me that they couldn't do anything The expenses were on me. I never bought a car there

First off I would like to say that I am not the type of person to write a review unless I have had an extremely well or horrible experience. With that being said 13 days ago I purchased a 2016 Nissan Sentra from Gold Motors Auto Group. After only 13 days of purchase the vehicle is no longer drivable due to a bad transmission. I understand that I bought the vehicle as is, so there would have to be replacements and TLC here and there. Since I purchased the vehicle I replaced the Air flow master sensor, brakes, and oil change totaling $400.00. So today when I went into the office to inform the “manager” that the transmission is no good and I cannot even use the vehicle for its intended use of transporting me to and from work he said that he sympathizes with me and there is nothing he can do. I asked if he could please put me in a new vehicle that is drive able and I would pay the extra fees associated with the tag and title he said “no, I can’t do that” nor can he make the 2016 Nissan Sentra drive able again at their expense. They are only offering me free labor. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to buy a transmission and had I known the transmission was bad I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle in the first place. I am only writing this review in hopes that the next person doesn’t find them self in the situation I am in a car payment with no car. I have contacted the attorney general and will also be contacting the BBB in hopes to get some assistance and fairness in my situation.

Now a year later the owner wants to respond that they don’t have a record of me purchasing a vehicle. If I show bank records will I be getting a refund for the down payment? Clearly someone pocketed my money. Just horrible business.
