The woman upfront is the most rude, wretched, unprofessional person I’ve ever come across. She is not friendly whatsoever. I suggest maybe calling it quits because your customer service skills are not up to par. Very unsatisfied with my experience. I would suggest going to any other pawn shop even she will suggest the same thing because she doesn’t want to be bothered with your business.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Do not go here. This lady is a scam artist. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Steer clear.

Terrible experience. Rude woman at the counter who sent me home back and forth twice to get parts to my camera. I obliged and returned with the items only for her to request additional items again, at this point obviously I was exasperated and she kept pushing me to Cash America Pawn. When I did return with her requested items she had a man with a gun wait outside and tell me she wasn’t interested. Would not recommend to anyone. Also, if you need to pawn something they make sure to offer the scummiest price ever. Don’t know how they’re in business with that service and the lowball offers they give.

All the low reviews are accurate. DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give zero stars I would; they do not even deserve one.

Let me tell you about the miss moody with attitude in the front. I’d love to take away stars she’s been given prior, if any. She’s a negative in my book. I’m sure the unhappiness she must face in her personal life is what is exuding to her job life, however sometimes you have to separate your self hated from your source of income. I wish I didn’t have this experience and this was a good review, but that’ would be the case if this company hired good people. I hope one day things change, until then, do not come to this pawn shop, better off selling your product on Facebook marketplace.

A ripp off gives your receipt on notebook paper the big face girl at the cash register and the African-American dude is an Uncle Tom told me I had to pay every two weeks for electronic 50 dollars every two weeks come to find out under Florida law it's every 30 days at any pawn shop! It's rundown that carpet need to be pulled up and her sits in the chair like a mannequin no movement at all.

Always treated nice and respectfully from any staff member for over 30yr. Thanx Gold & Silver family.
