I called Gold Standard air to come out and fix my air conditioning unit. Ken was prompt and on time which I have had many other people not even show up which was refreshing right from the beginning. He explained the issues that I had with my air conditioning unit and gave me several options in order to fix it. Once we decided on a course of action he fixed my air conditioning unit and I've been happy ever since. He went above and beyond what I expected and he was very professional and I would highly recommend Gold Standard air. I was so impressed with his work I gave him a referral of my son's business and he did a custom job for my son who was extremely happy with the commercial work that gold standard air did on his warehouse. I have also referred my friends who have had issues at their homes with AC problems to Gold Standard. In this day and age it is refreshing to have a company show up on time and give professional service.

Clean coils due to A/C freezing up. The serviceman quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed. Cold air is good.

I called Gold Standard, to take care of an A/C issue at my Dad's house in Original Carrollwood. They responded promptly, confirmed the arrival time of their Tech, and quickly got his A/C system working again. Excellent work!

We had Gold Standard come out to perform a preventative maintenance service with Summer coming up and discovered that our system was actually not running at it's best and we didn't realize it. He answered all my questions and showed me everything he found while servicing the unit. He had no issue with me following him around watching everything as it happened. I never felt like we were being taken advantage of and will actually do future unit maintenance with this company. They are definitely the Gold Standard in the industry.

Excellent installation, and extremely professional. Mr. Ken installed and started up a new Mitsubishi system for me. His installation of the system was exceptional, along with his attention to detail. He made sure that I understood how the new system worked, along with explaining what to do, if I had any issues.
