The.propetty is very beautiful, I am very grateful for the Maintenance supervisor who assisted my grandfather when his ac went out, came by quickly and also took care of other issues in the apartment.much thanks to him and Travis who has helped the community

It was almost two weeks before the hole in my sink was fixed. The first ticket was cancelled after someone came to look at it and when I went into the office on the 17th I asked why. Then two days later they came and did something to the sink but I never got a message saying what they did or if it was ok to use my sink.
Also, when the two maintenance guys left they flipped the switch on the wall and turned off my WiFi! !

This request is not complete. The fact that the request keeps getting moved to complete is the most insane thing. We have yet to have a rod to simply hang up clothes and this had been going on for weeks now. This place has gone down and we will be in the office in Monday.

Had maintenance in to fix ceiling and blocked air vent issue. They had to cut into ceiling and find the issue and replace drywall. They were excellent. Job well done. Very nice gentlemen to work with.

This appears to be a wonderful complex, the amenities when I was looking appeared very well maintained and the staff very professional and caring. The grounds were very clean and the units super modern and attractive. Highly considering moving here.

I’m not a resident here, I do take care of my relative who is a resident here, I’ve been taking care of her for over 7 years. I just wanted to give a well deserved shout out to Dennis Salgado. You did an amazing job Dennis you’re very compassionate when it comes to your job, you definitely treat your residents with respect & you have great customer service. Not only do you care about the residents but you care about the property as well. I was happy that Dennis stayed with this company that bought Park Crest landings because he definitely is an asset to this new company & their owners. Thanks again Dennis you’re truly one of a kind.

So I just found out my property manager is moving on to bigger and better things at Goldem at Bennett Park…. A bitter sweet moment. Jason is a one in a thousand kind of manager and he be missed! I know where I’ll be looking to relocate when my lease expires!

While it is a beautiful looking community, the management of this property is very poor. I’ve seen some of the other bad reviews and decided to apply anyways. I toured the model unit and applied. I got an email that said I was approved. I was in touch with the office and would respond quickly. I got a phone call from Park Crest that I was not able to answer because I was at work. They left me a voicemail that said they were going to cancel my application. I called back during their office hours and left a voicemail because no one answered the phone. I said I was confused and I didn’t want to cancel my application. They never called me back just sent me an email a day later that my application was canceled. I did not understand where any of that was coming from as it hadn’t even been a day since I spoke with them last and when we last spoke it seemed that everything was fine and moving along smoothly. I never told them that I wanted to cancel my application. It’s like they just decided they didn’t want me there, after sending me an email saying I was approved and a lease would be written up soon. It made no sense to me at all. They wasted my time and my money. If you want an apartment community that actually cares about its residents and future residents, I do not think this is the place for you.

Poorly managed, valet trash only leaves tickets for why they don’t want to pick up the trash and not actually pick it up (unless you gift wrap it and seal it with a kiss). They come with a small pick up truck ridiculously overflowing with garbage (hence why they want to find reasons not to do it). Leave it over night to find raccoons spread the garbage all over the compound. Contacting management many times yields into them telling us to do their job and call the trash company to resolve this! Maintenance takes forever, houses are not cleaned properly between tenants. Plus weird mosquitoes are all over the place.

ParkCrest was a great apartment complex when I first moved in. Over the past 4-5 months longtime residents are noticing the decline in care for the community. I can count on one hand how often the front gates work. The fitness center and back pool have TVs which have not worked in months. The trash cans on the walkways and dog pots are constantly full on weekend and with the heat the smell can get rough. Then there is the trash left around the grounds of the property. Appears that they do not have a crew to clean up the property. The fountains in the ponds have been broken since the hurricane which causes the water to be stagnate. Anyone from Florida knows that stagnate water is a huge breeding ground for mosquitoes. Maintenance request take forever to be addressed. When they do come in to repair anything they leave a mess behind for the resident to clean instead of cleaning up after themselves. Lights at the dog park have been broken since the hurricane. So when getting up early and taking your dogs out before heading to work visibility is horrible and not safe. The care and pride in the community has disappeared yet they are raising rent for residents at renewal.

I have lived at park crest landing for almost a year now. While scott and Katie at the front desk truly handle situations with grace, there is not amount of words i have for the trash removal and maintenance. 1.they will not pick up your trash which you as a resident pay around 300 dollars for a year, ALL residents have woken up in the morning to see trash torn to shreds from raccoons at night. (then I had to pay a 100 fee for them not doing there job… or else my lease would be terminated) Residents have received several emails about them apologizing for the trash removal service which rarely does their job. 2.it will take several days for maintenance to get to anything in your apartment, i came home to my lights left on, stagnant water on the ground in my pantry, and nothing fixed after days of waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed, as no one communicated anything with me. I HAVE NEVER in my life written a review and honestly hate being the person to write a review but I will for this. I’m a very easy going and have never ever had issues with any apartments or houses i’ve lived in as i pay my rent about 2 or 3 months early always. I am a nursing student in a hospital for hours out of a day and work a full time job. I am truly saddened to come home to something going on everyday due to individuals not doing their job. Like i said, the men and women at the front desk do a tremendous job and really have dealt with my frustration VERY well as their hands are tide on certain situations. Do not waste your time here as this apartment complex is a triple net lease and you can get much better in flordia for less. I hope they can fix these issues in the future.

Have lived here for five years. Not sure how to compares to other places but for the most part it is a nice place to live.

Have lived here for almost 3 years and at first we loved it. The apartments are beautiful and the property is very well maintained. That being said since moving to a larger apartment we've experienced issue after issue.
When we first moved in, all the hot water smelled like rotten eggs because it had not been run since other tenants had moved out. We had to run the hot water for 30-45 minutes for the first few days to flush it out and it resulted in a pretty hefty increase in our water bill. Additionally the AC stopped working, our kitchen countertops are 2 completely different colors, and one of the vent lights on our microwave was out. This apartment was "move in ready".
Fast forward a month or so later when hurricane Ian came through, we had some water damage above our patio door and someone came to look at it, said they need a dehumidifier and would be back later that same day or tomorrow to dry it out. No one came back and there are still water stains above the door.
We've had issues with our dishwasher smelling, the thermostat has stopped working and reporting them to the office means "someone will take a look at it". Not sure what changed in the last few months, since this was not the experience we had when we moved in October of 2020.

If I could give a negative rating. I would. My sister put in a application and it was denied. After several emails to get the $200 back finally got a email back over a week later stating she would not get her $200 back for 30 to 45 later. She is contacting the Attorney General and her attorney. Nothing but fraud

My experience inquiring about Park Crest Landings.is the type of experience one would want looking for a new home. Jessica, the leasing agent was so welcoming and professional and informative.and I truly enjoyed my experience with her! She knew all the answers to all my needs and even anticipated some of the questions I might have had in the future.she also was very patient in assisting me on my online application.the property manager was equally as warm and receptive.the property itself is amazingly clean and well-kept.especially considering there are over 400 apartments! Kudos to the developer who developed this beautiful Oasis.they did an amazing job.because all of the amenities for children as well as adults! And the Preserves surrounding the property makes you forget that you're near State Route 64 because it's so quiet! And right next to a park.near the freeway as well as other major shopping facilities.this is the reason why I have chosen to make this my new home!
