Goldelm at Valencian, Kissimmee FL

We moved here years ago because it was well priced and needed a place immediately. Now they are too overpriced for the terrible quality of life they provide.

Pros: The apartments are spacious. They have a lot of storage.

Cons: work orders take weeks at time to be dealt with and when they finally get to them don't really ever fix anything (I have had the same things break yearly). Neighbors are really loud. If you don't live in the front of the complex the grounds are always dirty. The older modeled apartments are literally falling apart. Roaches and fruit flies all over (and I'm a super clean person). The gym has been closed for years, the pool is rarely kept up with, and laundry barely works (a lot of ruined clothes over the years).

I have stayed here due to necessity but I don't recommend this place to anyone.

If you have the time look into an apartment with a wait list like Regatta Bay or The Loop Apartments.

How I can describe this place…!?
Lack of responsible administration
Lack of good maintenance
Lack of follow up with tenants and their needs
Nest of infestation of any insect (you name it)
Since Justin Sobleman (2018) until María Hernandez (2022) … All the employees have zero motivation and willingness to work it out and resolve problems that their lack of maintenance have produce in their apartments.
Old apartments that can look good outside, and change one or two things, but inside those walls the plumbing, infestation, windows and air conditions are the WORST.

I have to admit they are the cheapest apartments around the corner, and if you were as us, need to stay there until you save enough to move out.

But if you can afford anything else, DO IT!

They dont want to fix my bathroom, it be like that 2 months and I call every week but they dont care about the residents, bad place

Worst place to live, insecure, al apartment are getting worst and worst, fire, ac damaged, whatever you can imagine is there.

Horrible place to live, if you are thinking about or looking keep looking because this place is the worst, a/c not work The pass cold temperatures I try to use the heater wouldn't work. Kitchen cabinets all broken, WINDOWS, doors and could keep mentioning. I will add photos. None stars.

Place was never cleaned or fixed before I moved in. Then a month later the roaches started. Then the rats. The take forever to fix older apartments toilet overflow

I’m been living here since June 2021 around October I noticed mouse droppings under the dishwasher so i put mouse traps due to the little noises I’d hear so much under the stove and under my sink. I come to find out it was a rat, it broke the mouse trap because it was so big. After calling and going to the office about the issue for over 2 weeks, maintenance has only came out once. I just want others to be aware of the situation several of us are facing so you are not surprised if you decide to reside in this complex.

If I could have given them a 0 I would have. I moved here in May 2021 and since the day I moved been I have been having problems with the lack of management this place has. My family and me have been living horrors since we moved here. I have been trying to contact the manager office to finish my lease due to rat problems and it’s been a month and they haven’t got back to me. It’s not only me, but the neighbors I talked to have rata problems and Goldelm at Valencia have not helped in this matter. We have proof of the lack of communication and the lack of hygiene this place has. Even the manager told me that she could move to another unit but that I would have the same problem. I am currently pregnant and I also have a 8 months old baby girl and I am afraid something could happen to us! The rats have been getting to my kitchen and peeing all over the place. I also have issues with the AC, my husband have been paying more than $300 for electricity, I barely cook twice a week and still. My mom lives in a house and many people live in it and still she pays less than me. Also things have been coming out of my AC vents and they haven’t send anyone to clean it up. Even with the rat situation my husband had to buy rat traps and venom because I reach out to them and they didn’t resolve anything. Now I also have been having roaches issues for the past month. This is a nightmare living here. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE! IT IS NOT WOTH IT!

I should have never renewed my lease at this place. For the last 2 months I have been having issues with my a/c. Every time I call, they tell someone will come. They never do until the next day. Like now it’s Friday I have been calling all day, even went the office. I got told “ oh give them a hour. I gave them 2hrs. I called again an now their telling me “ ma’am unfortunately no one can come out until Monday “. …. Update they installed a new unit that but A/c still doesn’t not work. Now I have another issue the toilet is not working and I was told the earliest is tomorrow morning.

My best friend went to this apartments complex with highest expectations about this place to start a new life living in this state and after they paid the application fee and also administration fees and the deposit to hold the apartment. Several days after they went to at least take a look inside of what it would be their new place to live, as soon as they started walking around they immediately noticed roaches running all over the place and hiding for small holes at the walls, a really disgusting thing to have a first impression and after paying all required fees. Couldn’t even stay for a minute there after seeing that they went to the office to claim their money back which they refused to give because all the fees are non refundable. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM! Don’t ever try to go to this apartments complex.

Honestly I Just Wanna Thank God For Getting Me Out Of This Place. I Had A One Bedroom For Two Years, Which Was A Nightmare To Say The Least. The Roach Issue In My Unit Was So Bad Before I Had Even Moved Anything In There Were Roaches Walking On My Walls. The Bathroom Fell Apart On Us, I Put In Multiple Maintenance Request. Nothing Was Done About It, I Had To Pay To Get It Fixed. The Food disposal Would Leak, Nothing Was Done To Get It Replaced “Due To Cost”. They Instead Removed It Completely, The Dish Washer Wouldn’t Close. The Greatest Joke Of All The AC Was ALWAYS being “Worked On” We Stayed In The Heat For Days At A Time! Without Any Updates. Truthfully For Your Peace Of Mind Your Sanity And Quality Of Living Do NOT RENT FROM THESE PPL!

Very friendly and helpful staff I'm not a current or future resident, but had to post my experience with this complex. I called on behalf of one of my employees who is currently looking for an apartment. There is limited availability everywhere and people tend to be not the friendliest or most helpful. I called twice and spoke to different people, both of whom were so, so incredibly nice, and so helpful, that I had to post a review. I am so impressed by the staff. If the homes are anything like the people that work here, I know my employee will be very happy living there!
