Love the place and the view but scary balconies for family with children
They should add screens or any other measures to make sure children don’t fall accidentally off the balconies; the balconies have decorative openings in their front walls that allow toddlers to climb them.
We rented a condo on the 4th floor and lived with fear about our children falling off the balcony in the condo and the hallway!
We decided to lock the glass door and did not allow the children to go into the balcony or hallway, this deprived us from the ocean breeze and sound!
The outer wall of the hallways that lead to the condo overlook the drive way of the condo; the wall is low and has same decorative holes that can be very risky if climbed by children!
I think a sturdy screen or metal bars should be added to prevent an accident that will be undoubtedly fatal.
