ZERO STARS. Make sure to read the most recent reviews. The office staff are incredibly unprofessional. No one calls back when you ask and they directly lie to your face. They DO NOT go above and beyond to help out families, and they don't truly care. It is all an act, they are about the almighty dollar and that's it. Pretty sure they treat their employees in the same disrespectful fashion, not as people, just $$$.
UPDATE: Chris, I left several messages and emailed you as well, and never received a reply.from ANYONE, except of course, Irena, whose ego seems to be more important than any client. I called back after she hung up on me, and the office staff who answered laughed at me. You don't get to reply on Google to just blow off a well-earned bad review. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
