Golden Dinosaurs reviews
17It was very good! We split the Cuban and a savory scone and omg. Delicious. We love all the plants too.
Best vegan spot on the planet! The food is always on point here. I have to get something to take home every time, it's just that good! Great atmosphere too!
A great start to the day! Hitting Golden Dinosaurs for some mimosas before brunch is a must!
If you like being looked at with disdained then ask do you really want to order - I should have taken the hint and walked to the next restaurant.
Food 3 stars, Service 1 star They did get the order correct.
I got a Cuban sandwich, macaroni and cheese, and a cosmic brownie. I didn’t love the Cuban (had a little too much mustard for my taste and was not a fan of the texture of the vegan meat), mac and cheese was pretty good, and I was obsessed with the cosmic brownie. The prices were decent and the service was good. It’s a really cute place. I will totally go again if I’m in St. Pete to try some new things on the menu (and get another cosmic brownie)!
WORST FOOD EVER. Dirty kitchen. Surly staff. We won't be back. Manager Brian is nasty too.
We ate here twice in the week we were there! We had different options each time and loved all of them. Our favorite was the chili cheese fries! We will be back!
Golden Dinosaurs is my fav Vegan restaurant that I’ve ever been to. So many things ranging from vegan deli sandwiches to creative vegan versions of comfort foods & even some great dishes on the healthier side of the vegan food spectrum. Everything I’ve had from here has been nothing short of incredible & I make the 2 hr drive each way just to eat their food when I’m not already in town for concerts etc.
Delicious food. Loved it. Tried the Cuban, Ruben, burger, and the kombucha, it was all fantastic! Cute neighborhood too.
Food is hit or miss for me. It's counter style service and they either bring it to you or you take it to go. Best vegan brownie I have eaten. French dip was good, buffalo tempeh was mediocre at best. For as long as it takes to get the food, I would expect a little more to go into it.
Some of the best vegan food this side of FL. The French toast and mimosas are A+. Donuts were a little too doughy for me personally but the staff was friendly and seating was nice.
Such awesome options for vegans, and even my non vegan friends enjoy Golden Dinosaurs. Lovely patio, great food, and amazing location right in Gulfport.
Poor presentation for some of the best vegan food in Tampa Bay. BBQ Quesadilla served on a styrofoam plate with nothing else. No chips or pickle or whatever. The same for the Cowboy Dan sandwich which was delicious but simply came wrapped in foil with not sides. These items and two drinks (no alcohol) and a 15% tip came to $40.28. The reason I did not give a larger tip is you ordered at a window and the food was delivered to your table. In conclusion, the food was delicious but please do something to make it more appetizing to the eyes.
Excellent place for desserts! Don’t even taste the difference as I have to get vegan desserts for my girlfriend since she is lactose intolerant.
I’ve been here several times and absolutely love it! Great tasty food and I’m not even Vegan. So good!
I was all set to dislike this place because the lady at the window was a bit rude (maybe just a bad day) and the bathroom situation is not ideal… but holy cow the food was so good I’m giving 5 stars anyway. Buffalo tempeh was amazeeee. I got a gluten free bun (+$2) which was actually pretty good, they’re usually too crumbly… it’s still kinda pricey so next time I’ll bring my own GF bread and just get the regular sammy
