They gave me a price then it was a lot more when we paid. I asked for a goldendoodle haircut and he looks terrible.will never come back.

They always have time for Frank and explain what they do with his cut. The price is fair. Frank is happy to stay with them.

My dog (Luna) was hurt at Tracey’s establishment on 7/29/23. Tracey initially told my wife and I a lie saying that Luna had a scratch and a drop of blood on her leg. We picked her up and my wife opened her bandage and her leg was bleeding a lot more than we were told and had severe scar. My wife immediately took her to an urgent care where they told me they were happy I brought her in, because her leg would have NEVER healed on its own. We were told my doctor that they believe that Luna was attacked by another dog due to the fact that there was a scratch above the gash and the gash was in a upside down V cut on her ligament, but there was no hair missing and Tracey supposedly has “no idea” how it happened. Which even if she doesn’t, it shows the lack of responsibility and care for the animals brought to this poorly managed establishment.

My wife immediately notified Tracey of this update and she tried to tell me that Luna’s “scratch must’ve torn into a scar because she moved her leg” even though Luna had been sitting from the moment I picked her up and the vet said that isn’t even possible even if Luna was to run. Skin does not go from a gentle scratch to a full blown GASH from movement. She then said she would reimburse me for the vet visit and she was taking full responsibility for the fact that my dog was harmed in her establishment under their care.

Tracey was informed about everything that has happened via text and email and would be sent her every update and the vet bills.

Tracey NEVER followed up to ask me about my dog or how she was doing and then completely started to ignore my emails and texts regarding bills and Luna’s complications. We have paid well over $3K on this issue and I have yet to hear back from Tracey or her insurance company. My dog has been in agony for 3 weeks in pain with an infection, because a part of her skin was torn so terribly that they could not stitch it together. There was not enough skin for them to stitch it and we have had to go to the vet every 3 days to check on it and make sure the infection isn’t developing which it is.

My wife has followed up with Tracey SEVERAL times since and haven’t heard a word from her. She is actively avoiding us because of the lack of care and responsibility that she provided for our dog. Do not take your dog here. Take them somewhere that actually cares about your pets nearly as much as you do.

I have been contemplating writing this review for 3 weeks now, because I really wanted to believe that the owners of this business care about me and my dog. But, it turns out I was very naive and optimistic because this woman has 0 knowledge of communication, humanity, and she is a full blown liar. If you care about your dogs well being and care, don’t take them here AT ALL!

I have been going here for almost a year and they do a wonderful job. I got my little dogs nails cut for 10 dollars. Great prices.

This was my first experience with Golden Dos. I am very happy with the service my dog received. He has a lot of hair and they managed it so well! He looks great! Will go back!

I cannot say enough about the amazing staff at Golden do's. They were so amazing with my crabby senior Maltese named Boomer. I have tried two other places since we moved here and I wouldn't return to either of those again. I even tried to buy my own clippers and do him myself. They were patient, caring and just plain wonderful with both of us! I felt like I just dropped off one of my kids for their first day of school! They just got a customer for life. Pico my handsome rescue loved his day at the spa as well.

For over 10 yrs I have used this groomer. They gave me better advice then an Urgent Vet Clinic. My pup Oreo loves them and now thanks to them my doggie is happy again. Cost me $465 to take him to UrgentVet and they prescribed pain meds not 1 mention of flea problems. Urgent Vet is out for money not truth. Please do not take your pet there. Thanks to everyone at Golden-Do's! They are the best!

Great place! My 5 year old Golden Retriever (Rudy) loves to go there. He doesn't get put into a crate and he gets to play with all the other dogs! So wonderful! The grooming is great.they always do a fantastic job.

My golden doodle Mellow is always treated with care and is happy when he is groomed. Nice people and you can see they love the dogs.

We have been so happy with Golden Do’s. They can always fit us into their schedule. They listen and always groom our doodle the way we ask. Many places will just buzz the dog down to their skin if they are slightly matted but Golden Do’s takes the time to comb through the fur and leave some length. They always put so much time and effort into each client.

Great service and prices! The cut was exactly what I wanted and they even educated me in what areas to maintain on my pup.

Tracy and her staff did an amazing job on my Charlie! He came home extremely soft, smelling great, very well cut and happy. I cannot recommend them enough. She is also very fair priced for the amazing job she does. I will definitely be back. Thank you ladies!
