Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant, Margate FL

The food was good but the clerk gave herself a healthy tip on my credit card and wouldn't fix it. I was in a giving mood but next time maybe not.

The manager called and was very apologetic for the above mishap. She contacted me immediately and rectified the situation. Now that's what follow up and good customer service looks like. Thanks again.

The food is good but the customer service is horrible. Time after time it's the same thing. Screwed up faces and the move so slow it doesn't make any sense. Customer service is just as important as the food. I have walked out a couple of times because of the service.

Don’t come here unless you want to eat a mouthful of attitude from the old ladies that work there. They added to the bad tasting food. Don’t waste your money foreal.

The food not tasting good anymore. Went there yesterday for fried chicken when I got home ready to eat the chicken it was soft and very greasy. As if it was left over fron the night before Very disgusting.come to thinki saw him by pass all the fresh fried ones on top and went to the side of the container to get that piece shame on them went there just in time when they puttingout lunch.so how comes that piece was so greasy. I remembered when they first started out the was very delicious. Now the food as no flavor, gravy watery.

This is usually my go to spot for food, tonight that all changed. Yes the people that work here are usually rude but the food is good so I overlook it.tonight I went there I was the only one waiting for food they were cashing out another lady and asking her to go online and give them a 5 star review (gave her all lunch prices at 6pm) after that lady left neither lady came over and helped me, another lady walked in and they were busy having a conversation with her so I left and will not return they need to work on their customer service. They lost out on over $60 from me tonight

Well firstly I have to give a huge thanks to Lisa and Margaret from the Atlantic location. Very friendly very personable and they even introduced me to my new favorite drink. “The Green Juice” the food is always amazing but they service made this visit quite enjoyable! I love it here! Disappointed with the visit today, either they are out of something or something changes. I also dont understand why fry plantains not available for breakfast instead of the unpleasant tasting festival. Dont think I will be returning.

For the past few months I have been coming to this location and the gentleman Harou (forgive me if I misspelled your name) is always polite and ready to serve you. He take his time explaining the menu to me whenever I ask a question. If only other local carribbean restaurants had great customer service and hospitality.

Had the oxtail. Never again. First of all, a small cost over $18! Yes they filled it with rice but not much oxtail. Then the oxtail meat was tough. I couldn't even eat 3 or more pieces. I was so mad! So disappointed.

Perfect people and even perfect service! I will travel from near and far to get their fantastic food! Lisa is amazing Margaret are amazing!

Wonderful experience at this Golden krust. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the products and her customer service skills and mannerisms were excellent! Alex was also very helpful and offered great customer service! Food was also on point! Thanks guyd!

We came here after having a bad experience at Catfish Dewey - as soon as we walked in the staff greeted us with a smile and said welcome to Golden Krust. She was very friendly and helped us with our order. It was close to closing but she made sure each of us had what we wanted to eat. It was 12 of us and we all ordered meals, patties, desserts and drink. The food was good and flavorful. Brought a Box Easter Bun, but it was so dry (it's always hit or miss). We will definitely return to this location. Thanks for your good service!

I nicely asked for chicken soup and the lady at the counter proceeded to serve me soup. However after driving home to eat, I find out that they served me beef soup instead. They did not have the common decency of telling me they did not have what I wanted to order. It must have been the color of my skin that prompted them to think they could take advantage of me like this. I feel hurt and discriminated upon so I would never recommend anyone eat at this location and be subjected to the same kind of dishonest service.

I really loved their food. I always get great customer service there. The place is clean and the workers are always very nice. Will come visit again.

I absolutely love coming here! The food is authentically delicious. The flavors are amazing. The staff is always ready to help you and give hou great suggestions, including samples. The staff is knowledgeable and gracious. The restaurant is very clean and presentable. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great home cooking and good service.

The patties are always the best of the best! Only drop in star is due to the lousy communication! I don't understand how an order made ONLINE AND IN WRITING can be screwed up!

This was my first time at Golden Krust. Got the beer patties, tried the oxtail and brown chicken stew and had the Jamaican cola. The small platters are enough to eat twice in one day - good amount of food. The staff was very polite as well. Prices are reasonable. Would've been nice if the place had dine-in option, but overall was good.

I ordered the oxtail, rice and peas, plantains, and steam cabbage with extra gravy. No cabbage, a little of oxtail and rice. Looked like a lunch portion, now mind you its dinner time. If I am paying $20 for a medium then I want my portion correct. I really did not get what I paid for and I know their serving portions cause I always get food there. When the food arrived it looked like it spilled over. I was not happy about that. Ordered thru Grubhub!

More of a personal liking. I felt the beef patties didn't have enough meat, the crust was nice and flaky though. Will be back to try the chicken and goat meals.
