I used to visit this place when I lived in Florida 10 years ago, and it's still just as great!

Do not waste your money. Every service is overpriced. I had to ASK for my cuticles to be pushed back/cut during a manicure. I was charged ridiculous prices after being told I couldn’t change my mind from what I scheduled the appointment for because apparently only ONE woman in the whole salon can do an acrylic fill in. Which has to be a lie, or the worst staffed salon on the planet.

Best nail salon in Lake Wales! I pass several nail salons to go to this one. Been going for well over 5 years.

Be careful when you buy a gift certificate from this place. They don’t give you very long to use it. Not sure why they put such a short expiration date on it. Why is there an expiration date at all.
The money that someone gave to them doesn’t expire.
Funny. I would’ve spent way more money there and I’m sure returned if the service was good. Not everyone can use a gift certificate within six months.
Very bad business. THIEVES. They just took the persons money and won’t honor the gift certificate.
Horrible business practice. So now I’ll just go pay for it somewhere else. Looks like their reviews aren’t very good anyhow, so maybe it saved me from even going there!

This salon has been here for over 20 years. It a shame about this place because the girls can be amazing. However, the owner is all about time and money and good tips. Prices are ridiculously high compare to other places with the same services. They take advantage of customers due to their location. And you can’t get who you prefer because they are “busy”. But of course available to “other” customers. Always speaking in their language and being rude and demanding towards their manicurists. The manicurists can’t enjoy their work because the owner lady is always watching them like a hawk. Stopped going there. Much happier with my new place.

I've been going to Golden nails for the past 10 years. They are friendly, efficient professionals that make you feel at home. Lee and Tan are the owners, lovely folks. Ask for Tina the best nail artist.

Very clean and welcoming nail store. The owner is very gracious and a little manicurist named Tina is fantastic, once you have your nails done with her you will always come back.
